The staff is pretty rude. Ann Arbor has plenty of places to go for breakfast or coffee. I suggest choosing a different one.

Their food and ice coffee is great when there’s no one in the restaurant, but as soon as they start to get busy the quality drops drastically. If the store is busy my ice coffee has basically no cream and my bagel has close to no cream cheese, unlike if I order while the restaurant is empty. Very disappointing because I do enjoy the food when it’s done right, but I will not be ordering if there are people already inside.

Went with my friend and were on the sidewalk trying to take a picture of the menu so we could decide and the manager came outside screaming that the store was private property and we weren't allowed to look at it and he would call the police on us.
