Not the most friendly staff. The bagels were fine but there is independently owned shop that has more flavors and better cream cheese. Prices were better than other bagel shops so I guess this is a case you get what you pay for.

The bagels and service are fantastic but the bacon is practically raw. I had to remove it from my sandwich the 3 times I've gone here, even after paying for it. Bacon should not be undercooked.

Best bagels in Ann Arbor. 4 stars because that achievement is not particularly astounding.
UPDATED: Just moved to 3 stars because of the poor customer service of Scott at register. Just not necessary. Even if the bagels are as good as New York, does not mean the service should be as poor as New York. Also, the slicer needs to be adjusted. One side was just a sliver. Still... tasty bagels.
