Horrible service. Ordered for delivery literally 2 and a half hours before they closed, waited the entire time as the order is not ready and keeps getting pushed back, just for them to cancel 9 minutes after closing while my driver has been waiting. Now it’s almost 3am and nothing else is open.

I went to buy over twenty dollars worth of food, and this was the shredded chicken quesadilla we received. It’s soaking wet and completely inedible with only one half of a quesadilla visible. Very disappointed in this order and service, and would like to be refunded for this issue.

We ordered $70 of this food over door dash. The one burrito was right. The second burrito was supposed to be chicken and beef and rice and cheese. They did rice, beans, cheese. No meat wven though it is labeled 1/2 & 1/2. The large queso and chips? I just got chips. No queso. So for $70 dollars I had a very unhappy husband and myself, and food was terrible 😕. Tried calling 2 times and it went to voice-mail after only ringing 3 times. Messaged the door dasher and they can only grab sealed bags so they cannot see whats in the bag. Hands down the worst experience out here yet. Waist of money.
BTB is a great spot for a quick burrito. The burritos easily get 5 stars from me! However, every time we order the fries and queso and are disappointed in the quantity of fries they give you. I understand that portion sizes in the US are often inflated and unnecessarily large, but they really skimp on the amount of fries they give you for some reason. Other than that, great spot.

The grilled chicken burrito I received had a strong fishy, tuna-like smell and taste, which is highly unusual and suggests the chicken was either not fresh or improperly stored. This raises serious concerns about food safety and handling in your kitchen.
