EDIT: restaurant reached out and should be offering tap water upon request. Current stars reflect this stated policy along with the delicious food.
I will amend this review accordingly if the policy changes. I've been a fan and advocate for the shredded chicken deluxe burrito since the Big Ten days. How disappointing to find that BTB won't provide tap water to paying customers (should be free to anyone that asks). The State/Packard location always had cups available. The cashier at Cantina was great, no fault to them, but the policy is inexcusable.

The service was excellent. Even a lady that worked there left her great smelling fragrance on the bag. Then the packaging was more secure than Amazon packages. Revealing a huge medley of delicious ingredients true to the BTB A2 tradition. Keep up the good work! ✌️

Came to Ann Arbor from out of town with my fiancée and needed a quick bite to eat late at night. I was floored when we opened the bag of food when we got home. Some of the best Mexican food I have ever had in my life. Definitely worth the stop by and I know I’ll be craving this for a long time.

This place is closed till March 4, 2024. They did not pause online ordering. Toast says that they cannot issue a refund. So, I have to wait until then, to seek a refund from the store. I found a good enough burrito place around the corner, Pancheros. So, no need to ever order food from here again.

Had been craving a burrito and decided to give BTB a try and was not disappointed. I got a steak burrito with guac and medium salsa which ended up being a little pricey at $13 but it was so good. My only issue is that they have no seating so I had to walk all the way back to my dorm in order to eat. I will definitely be coming back with my friends whether it’s for lunch or a midnight snack.

You have to know where this place is to find it. Our son in law had been here before. Food was very good. Came in a paper bag and we sat outside and had lunch. Fun thing to do in Ann Arbor.!!
