I came from NYC and someone told this was the best bubble tea on campus. Dude tf you just feed me? This was horrible. Don't lie to people.I'm giving 1 star for the mango stars cus I can't find it anywhere in Ann Arbor and their fruit teas aren't too bad. The second star is for the cheap mochi ice creams I can get when I don't wanna get a whole pack at the super market.I'm begging you with my life to stop making milk tea. It tastes like enfamil baby formula milk powder mixed with water. The service also is kinda meh. I don't think any employee there cares about anything.

I felt disappointed coming here for the first time. I was told people don't "usually" order the Fusion tea with soy milk, haha! Who cares what others do? Let customers get what they want. Also, they were out of black bubbles and mango stars. When I asked what might go with my fusion tea with coconut, I was told the toppings remaining wouldn't "go with" my drink. Oh okay, thanks...not! I almost just left my drink and walked out. I paid for it and walked out pretty disappointed. The person I was with didn't order. They were turned off. They did get a great bubble tea across the street at Sweeting. I am not sure I will return to Bubble Island. I've had better and especially have had better customer service.

I love bubble island. The tapioca is a little mushy but I kind if prefer it that way. Also the tea is really flavorful, which is a plus.

The tea was good and they had a wide variety of types or boba with different flavors. The only issue was that seating area is a bit cramped, and the lines were long and slow.

There are much better and more authentic bubble tea places. This just seems like a little kids hide-away and a place for teenagers. It's not an adult environment and not a good place for conversation unless of course you are really young and then it might be better.

Solid place to get bubble and they have been around forever. There are some better bubble tea options around the area now but their service, bubble, and other snacks are all consistent and decent.
The guy who worked there helped me out a lot. He still made my boba yummy with only a little amount of sugar :)

Bubble island has good bubble tea and mochi ice cream which I like. The location of being close to campus makes it a good place for me to stop and get bubble tea and mochi ice cream. Also by coming earlier on certain days the bubble tea can be gotten at a discount.
