So I put an online order in at 12pm for a pickup at 930 and when I went to pick the pizzas up they said it would be another 30 minutes because I should have call ,so what's the purpose of the online order if I still have to call.

First time and was not at all impressed! They would not honor our coupon. Said we had to cal support for first time buyer “free” pizza. Then they forgot the ranch for our cheese bread! After spending over $50 not impressed with the taste, quality or service! Don’t waste your time.

Decided to take my 5yo son today and we were sat down in an isolated room at a table for 6 with just the 2 of us, even tho this was 5 o’clock and multiple 2 person spots were open. There were only 6 person tables in this room, clearly meant for larger families.
Was really embarrassing being looked at by 3 other families of 6 in the same room the whole time and I am honestly tellin you we won’t ever be back.

Updated Oct 23- after speaking to kitchen manager- the issue was very well addressed and understood. I will most certainly be back. Thank you! -- Ordered takeout today Oct 19 2024 and ordered "extra sauce" and this is what was given to me. I ordered a pizza, not an order of cheese bread. This is a continued issue after ordering extra sauce. I will rethink my next order..... SAUCE your pizzas!!!

Hostess did a poor job of greeting and seating our family. He pointed to a table for us from hostess stand. Not that busy, just poor customer greeting. Table server did better in service to use

I'm from Florida and I just had Buddy's for first time. I did a review on my FB page. But the sauce is delicious and the crust crispy I never had anything like it. In Florida we only have fake NY Pizza
Has something happened to Buddy’s? Have they changed the recipe or the way they make pizza? I was so surprised when the pizza seemed very different and without the traditional delicious edges being cooked to perfection. I brought some people there who are from another country especially to share Buddy’s Detroit style pizza with them and was so disappointed it wasn’t like I remembered at all! It was a lot thinner and the edges were just like regular dough and not the delicious toasted cheesy edges they were famous for. Is this just at this location or is it at all Buddy’s? I get the cost of food has gone up but loyal fans of your pizza are looking for the same taste we grew up with! It’s no reason to skimp on us! Not to mention the cost of dining there was through the roof! Sadly I’ll be looking for Detroit style pizza elsewhere now. ?
