Almost every single time I order takeout from this restaurant; they forget part of my order. They need to severely overhaul their takeout review process. There does not seem to be any checks on what items are packed up. They tape the receipt to the bag, use a pen or marker and actually check off what you pack. It should not be that difficult.
At least the last few takeout orders have had issues. My order last night, they bring out a huge bag that is taped up for my order. I ordered multiple wings, potato wedges and two burger meals for my kids. They forgot to pack up my large order of potato wedges. I called to complain, and they offered a refund or gift card. so that was nice at least. Every time there is an issue, they do offer a refund or gift card, but I would prefer to just get my food. After I got off the phone, I then realized they also forgot to include the Apple Juices with my kids' meals.
It should not be this difficult to get takeout orders right. Takeout from this restaurant is a mess. They need to do a better job reviewing orders when packing them up to make sure they are right.
The food that I do receive always tastes good.

Terrible customer service. I was standing waiting for my take out order for 10 minutes while employees kept walking by not helping me. There was barely any other customers in the building. I proceeding to grab my own food and leave. What did I even leave a tip for??

Good food and fun little games in the arcade area.
We went to grab some lunch, it was ‘seat yourself’ and someone gave us menus, but no server ever returned. We sat there for almost 15 minutes without any interaction, while the staff walked past us, chatting and sitting at an empty table. The service was terrible, despite the place being nearly empty. We left without hesitation.

In spite of negative reviews about service I decided to take a shot. Two days in a row I took place at the bar. I got my beer in seconds, and wings before I made a couple of gulps. I was sitting and watching around, observing. At 3 PM (happy hour) the tables were almost empty, but started to fill up pretty quick. I didn't notice anyone experiencing any significant delay with drinks or food. The bartender (didn't ask her name, unfortunately) was super fast and very nice.

Would not recommend this location. Cos we're coming out to watch the fag game lions 49rs were on. But they had room me to do that but no food that long unacceptable.

Overall, my friends and I did enjoy the food here from this Buffalo Wild Wings Location. However, the problem specifically was with our service. Our waitress Kailee to be specific. Things were fine at first, until I personally stepped away to go to the bathroom. Upon my return, my friends had pointed out to me the condition of our silverware. Not only was it still dirty and smudged, but there was even a green follicle of some sort on the 4th prong of our fork. My friend, who we’ll call Morgan, politely asked Kailee for new silverware. Kailee obliged but apparently with some form of an attitude via her facial expression. And when she returned with the silverware, she slammed it down on the table and didn’t even tell Morgan you’re welcome when she said thank you for the new silverware. She only had 1 other table the rest of the night, and didn’t come to see us once before our bills. Including our drinks which we had received when we first walked in. As someone who has been in the food industry as a manager for several years, I find this form of service appalling. Yes, I understand that a server should not be treated disrespectfully since at the end of the day we’re all human, but Morgan, our other friend, and I were in no way rude to Kailee for her to react by slamming our silverware down and practically refusing to serve our table.

They have the wings! And sports! Come here if you wanna watch sports and eat delicious wings. You already know that. They got every flavor of wings you could desire. They got more TVs than best buy. You can watch sports and eat wings and play pool and do arcade games. Heaven on Earth but you already know.

Dietary restrictions: They got a lot of options, just check that menu
Parking: Park your Porsche in the free parking lot
