Devin was a great server. Even though he wasn’t the one who took our order, he still checked on our table (and others) multiple times to make sure everything was good. I found that very proactive and really appreciated it.
The food overall was good. I especially enjoyed the boneless wings and the lemon raspberry drink, they offer nonalcoholic beverages.
The only downside was the cheesesteak and the fried onions. I understand the onions are deep fried, but both dishes were quite oily. The cheesesteak in particular had visible oil coming out of the sandwich, I wasn’t the one who had it but noticed that.

Got seated immediately after walking in which was great. We were waiting to order for about 20 minutes before a manager came and told us no outside food(which was fine we understood) so we decided to do takeout. Ordering was fine no complaints until we got our food and we’re missing 3 cheesecakes we ordered, and incorrect drinks. They were not busy so I’m not sure why it took so long for them to come back to the front to help us. This needs to be fixed immediately and we will not be returning. $100 on food just for half of the order to be incorrect or missing.

Ordered pickup lunch order for a gaggle of 5 office ladies: it was ready much faster than I (the pickup person) was expecting, the only complaints were the fries were in need of an air fryer to crisp them up & the wraps were mostly lettuce. I think only one customization was forgotten, so pretty accurate overall. There was forgotten cutlery & napkins though, and this isn't exactly the neatest of meals, those two things would have been mighty nice.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The server was extremely unfriendly and acted as if our presence was an inconvenience. We walked in when the restaurant was nearly empty, so you would think a 12-top would be welcomed, especially when business was slow. We ordered drinks, including two alcoholic beverages, which took over 30 minutes to arrive. An appetizer took about 45 minutes. The server apologized and told us our food would be right out, but it didn’t arrive for another 35 minutes. When it finally came, most of the food was cold. My husband’s order was incorrect, which the server admitted was because he didn’t write it down properly. Our to-go order never came out with the rest of the food. Four people in our group didn’t eat at all because the food was cold or inedible. When we brought this to the server’s attention, his response was, “Yeah, cool, cool anything else?” This was supposed to be a birthday dinner for our daughter, who loves this place, so the situation was incredibly disappointing. I asked for a manager, who was also dismissive and said it was “hard to believe” the wait was that long, despite the fact that we arrived at 3:30 PM and didn’t leave until 5:20 PM. She said she would return after adjusting the bill, but we never saw her again. Another server eventually brought our checks along with the missing food item, which was rock hard and no longer wanted. Throughout our visit, our server was argumentative, and we observed similar behavior with two other tables. One table actually got up and left after waiting over 30 minutes without being greeted. In front of the manager, the server even commented, “You really aren’t going to pay for anything?which was completely unprofessional. Only two people in our party actually received food, and even then, it was incorrect. I understand bad days happen I myself am a server and manager this was unacceptable. With only four tables in the entire building, there was absolutely no excuse for the level of service we experienced. This was mind-blowing and completely uncalled for we will not be back or at least not to this location.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Julia, our server at Buffalo Wild Wings in Ann Arbor. This is the second time she’s waited on us, and she’s been outstanding both visits.
She’s extremely patient, knowledgeable about the menu from top to bottom, and genuinely caring. She made great recommendations, checked on us consistently, and made sure our food came out quickly and exactly how we wanted it. You can tell she truly cares about giving great service and prioritizing her guests. Regardless, if it’s dining in or takeout!!

Score would be lower but bartender Danyelle was amazing. You would think management would staff more than one bartender on a Friday night during the college football semifinals or at least assisted her with drink orders but she rocked it on her own and made sure my experience was as great as possible. I was at the bar but floor servers were also hustling to help more tables than they should be able to handle.

I’ve been to this place several times, including today. I had a reward on the app, but I was told I couldn’t use it. I ordered dry rub wings, and they were overly seasoned to the point that they were inedible. I also ordered wings with sweet barbecue sauce, but they didn’t taste like sweet barbecue at all. Additionally, the inside of the wing near the bone had an unusual color that was very unappetizing, so I couldn’t eat them.
I also ordered mozzarella sticks, but the cheese wasn’t melted properly, and they were served without any sauce. The fries were overcooked, very dark, and didn’t taste like the usual fries.
I’m really disappointed. I’ve visited this place many times, and most of the time they do a great job, but today I spent money and couldn’t even eat my food.

We stopped into the Ann Arbor Buffalo Wild Wings location after some shopping at World Market—hungry and hoping for a solid meal after shipping. Unfortunately, this visit missed the mark.
We tried the four-item appetizer sampler: pretzel knots (raw inside), fried pickles, boneless wings, and cauliflower. The only positive thing I can say is the knots weren’t burned this time—progress?
I ordered the triple cheeseburger, which looked close to the menu photo, but arrived lukewarm. My fries were stone cold. My wife ordered the Southern Chicken Sandwich with slaw and fries. The sandwich tasted like a frozen patty heated up, and the slaw came undressed—literally just raw ingredients on the plate. She also got the same cold fries.
Service was slow, and the kitchen seemed out of sync. The worst part? When my wife politely asked about a gift card promo, the staff member snapped at her, claiming she was “Getting all uppity with me.” She simply asked twice if the $10 bonus card was separate from the $100 gift card purchase. She ended up asking someone else for help.
We’re still thinking about a B-Dubs New Year’s Eve—but probably at a different location.
