I have been to this buffalo Wild Wings location many times and never once had a bad experience. The staff is always very accommodating and friendly. Since, I am younger most waiters/waitresses at other restaurants do not spend much time at my table however at this location, my cup is always full and the staff takes the time to check in on me.

Highly recommend this location to anyone!

I swear I thought I was being pranked bc I have never seen such a joke of a restaurant. I came in and placed a to go order for 2 grilled chicken breast, I told the girl if they could not do that, that I could order a salad with extra chicken. She said no that’s fine, and charged me for a kids meal. While waiting the hostess almost got into a fist fight with a waitress, I felt bad for the hostess bc everyone was ganging up on her. The waitress had her cornered and was screaming and cussing….. I sat for and hour and my order was finally ready, I checked to make sure my order was right and they literally gave me 2 grilled chicken nuggets. An hour long wait for 2 nuggets is insane! I went to the counter to ask if they were pranking me, the women at the counter said no that’s what I ordered, I asked who would order only 2 nuggets, she said people do all the time, then said we don’t sell chicken like that, it’s a chicken restaurant last time I checked. Asked to speak to the manager, she rolled her eyes and reluctantly went and got him. He apologized, said it would be 7 min wait, than waited another 45 min, gave in and hunted the manager down to get my food. Don’t go here unless u want to be treated like garbage and want to waste time. The only person that was compassionate and sincere about my experience was the front deck guy named Gil, give that man a raise.

Waited an exceptionally long time for food that came out stone cold. Drinks were never refilled. If honestly felt like we were being ignored.

Came in for lunch and the only thing I ever had the chance to get was a beer. Which waited 5 minutes to order and then after that I waited 25-30 minutes trying to order food but never got the chance and when server finally came it was only to ask if I wanted another beer not if I wanted any food. Definitely won't be coming back. It wasn't even that busy I saw him moving tables and chairs but couldn't flag him down.

These things were more like pieces of dried up popcorn chicken. I’m just glad it was B1G1 boneless Thursday. But still, $12 for 12 tiny pieces of breading with a little chicken in the middle. Now I remember why I haven’t been to BWW in 2 years. It’s a wonder that they’re still in business. They’ll be the next place to ✌🏻out.

Employees saw us walking in, and didn't even greet us. Tables still needed to be cleaned off. Manager eventually seen us but then sent one of her Employees instead of her leading by example and helping the customer. We walked out.
