Ordered on line. Been working down the street from this place for years and never tried it...my loss. I got the smash burger and Cajun fries. Very very good. Menu looks really good however charging for condiments on your burger is a little wild but I will definitely be going back to try other things on the menu

I had an excellent experience at Burger One! The food was fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The burgers were juicy with great toppings, and the fries were crisp and delicious. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and the service was quick and friendly. You can tell they take pride in what they do.
If you’re looking for a spot with consistently great food and great service, Burger One is definitely worth the visit. Highly recommended!

Used to be my favorite burger spot in town but about 50% of the reason for that was I was obsessed with the twister fries. Where did they go!? Devastated last time I came in mostly just wanting the fries and they're no longer on the menu. Regular fries are NOT a substitute. It will be some time before I return. :(((((((((

First time I went was on a Saturday morning and it was great and tasty food but when I returned tonight it was far from the same appearance and scorched burgers and ham don't know if it got to busy but I keep it to first shift definitely Saturday cooks where fanamble.
