Everything is great, portions are generous, and the employees are very friendly. I have visited many times and plan to visit again. The burgers are obviously good, but I also recommend the chicken as a great alternative.Parking: Never had to worry about the parking, lot is plenty big.

This is where I go when I just need a burger for comfort. I enjoy it every time.At the time of writing this review, if you show your Mcard (Umich students) you get a 10% discount.The meat is juicy and not gristly. The pre-made combinations of toppings on the menu taste very good (and are definitely high-calorie, so if you want to control that, you can build your own burger).By default burgers are put on a brioche bun and cooked medium-well. There are other bun/cooking options.The fries are only slightly better than mediocre when you get the Cajun seasoning on them, and they aren't crispy. I usually get them anyway, because warm fries usually add to the comfort of the meal, even if they're not top-tier.Vegetarian options: There is a bean burger. There aren't many other options.Dietary restrictions: All the meat is halal.

I like burgers, and this is where we start. The only thing typical about this place is the decor/ aviance.But the is nothing average or typical of these burgers!!!!!!!!! Tender, juicy, savory, with just a little crisp on them, these burgers are magnificent. The fries are the perfect compliment to the burger, and need nothing on them. By the look, feel, and taste of the chicken nuggets, you can tell that they don't use and processed foods and that everything they make is fresh. These guys are bringing respect to the burger biz by showing the rest of us how it's done.Looking for a good burger and some must have fries, THIS IS YOURS STOP!!!!!!!!I definitely will be back.

It's really difficult to find halal food places here in A2. The website says Burger 1 is halal-certified but when asked to show their certification or share where the meat is sourced from, they were not transparent at all and didn't even seem to know - they just said it's from Dearborn. Because of this, I can't trust that the meat is actually halal.Really disappointed because I was looking forward to eating here.Update: I appreciate the quick response! Thank you for clarifying. I look forward to visiting!
Solid burger. Juicy patty. Cheese and sauce good. Bun needs to be grilled or toasted. Fries were solid. Worth a try.

Very disappointed with the new menu raising a plain cheese burger from $6.99 to $9.99.$9.99 is a lot for a single plain cheese burger. I came here regularly for the plain cheese burgers at $6.99 was something that was budget friendly on the go. Also I was a walk in order so 1/3 of profit wasn’t go to a delivery service.

Amazing burgers and west coast fries.It was a wee bit cold in the dine in area and washroom had cold water too but they get 5 starys cause of the food.
