This place is never open and never has meat in stock. I travel for business and this place is right next to the hotels. Don’t bother coming to this burger place. There are other nice better restaurants that are around.

I don't know what's wrong with this location from the attitudes to the times of operation. But just throw this whole location away at this point. How do you work customer service with no type of customer service Etiquette. Literally went through the drive thru and the lady was loud and ghetto fabulous as ever so I say one moment please she was huh what in the most disrespectful way. I had to roll my window up and just drive off when the line moved. Cause what we not going do is be rude and disrespectful ?. I work close and this is closest location and I'm just so over them.

I didn’t know fast food chain locations were now just picking their hours at random.And from the past reviews it looks like this is a common occurrence for this location.I understand being short staffed is a problem right now, but you have designated hours for a reason, either change them to be open when you have staff available or don’t even bother opening at all till you get the available staff you need to run it properly.I’ve gone to the Burger King off 12 and platt and commonly there is only 2 associates working and doing everything. But they arnt just closed or making you wait randomly without a note on the door or drive thru kiosk.What a terrible way to run a store. Eventually you won’t have customers when you are able to make it work cause they won’t even care to see if you’re open.

In 2 years I've been here about 6 times, 2 in vehicle and the rest on foot since I stayed across the street. Once, my food was tasty and satisfying... 4 times my burger was so saturated with grease the buns had compacted to the consistency of wet paper. The last, and I mean final straw, was a walk up order where the fella in the window ignored my presence, then came to me with the attitude of "what do you want non-driver, I'm doing you a favor by doing my job." The entire experience cemented my resolve, I will never eat there again. Save your money and waistline.

My 2nd time placing a order on the app for this location only to arrive and they closed and no signs anywhere saying closed or why even. The 1st time they all was out back smoking and when I was walking to the door she like oh we close we had a team member quit and it was 3 of them. Then today I arrived and completely closed no signs no nothing. This really Need to go to cooperate because people literally don't have major breaks to go rebook for food etc. This is bad business and reflects horrible on the burger King brand

Everytime i stop here for lunch they forget half my order and ruin my lunch so after this 2 trips throigh the drive through to finally get everything i ordered i dont think ill be going back to this place that just cant get right.

Don't ever bother with this outlet. It's Google hours are never accurate as this will randomly be closed whenever you go here. There's no way to tell if it's open until you've actually arrived, but they will still accept your order (and your money) online without hesitation. You'll usually have better luck with the Wendy's next door, but even that's not reliable.State Street is just an awful area for restaurants, and it shows.
Did not enjoy this experience during my lunch break, took forever despite an online order, all sauces were missing and ordered items were unavailable.

Been here few time and honestly, I only come when I get coupons in the mail lol... drive thru is the only option, as dine-in/inside is closed. The drive-thru speed is decent... there were few times when it took longer than expected but others times it was fast. As for getting the food right - the whoppers and fries are always correct, but don't know what it is... they always screw-up my drink order. I always get diet coke and confirm it when I order... then when I come up, reconfirm that it's diet coke and they confirm it is... then I leave and it's regular coke. Haven't been back in a while and honestly probably won't revisit... might go to the other on the west side of town, but further, but it's new building, looks cleaner lol
