Went here for lunch; was given flat dr pepper, told manager and was asked if it was satisfactory, we said "i guess but not really" the manager shut the window and didnt do anything else. We paid an upcharge for a large drink that was disgusting.

Only leaving 2 stars because the food was decent. Otherwise it would have been 1. Was greeted by a young person named Gabby who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I overheard her joking about spitting in my food because I asked for her to make sure there was extra ketchup on my whopper. She seemed a little slow and preoccupied with her phone. maybe thatās why I didnāt demand to speak to a manager. Looking at the other reviews Iām almost certain thereās another Burger King worth going to even if you have to drive out of your way.

I will not be eating at this restaurant again. They sold us a fish sandwich and the bottom bun had mold all over it. I am not sure how this was missed when the sandwich was being prepared.
I returned everything I bought from there and got a refund. They are selling old food and it's unsafe.

Went inside around 1:30pm, no one working the register, line inside was building up behind me and employees were only addressing the drive through. Waited 15 min then went down the block to Wendy's and got a burger within 2 min.

ABSOLUTELY RUDEST STAFF I HAVE EVER CAME IN CONTACT WITH! Wasn't greeted once as employees walked by and the young lady at the front was to busy on her phone. And employees paying food their food as we stood there to order for 10 minutes

I actually really like this BK. I get Impossible whoppers and they're delicious. the people that work there are always nice and the store is always clean. I don't enjoy needing to use an app to get any kind of deal, but that's a corporate disaster, not a store-level issue
Vegetarian options: Impossible Whopper is on point. The patty is vegan, but make sure you specify no mayo, or itās just vegetarian.

11/10/24: I hadn't been to a BK in awhile. Sooooo disappointed. Ordered a Jr whopper cheeseburger, small onion rings and diet coke. $9.40!! The bun was different! Yuck, puffy white bread bun. Where did the sesame bun go? Onion rings weren't crispy. Paying more, for quality that has really gone down. Shameful, I wouldn't be complaining about the $ if quality was still there. I found the same at a recent McDonald's visit. To sum it all up. I won't be doing fast food anymore. Not worth paying more, and getting less. Times have changed sigh

slowest service I have ever witnessed in my life. my pregnant sister was craving BK so I stayed but, all in all, we waited for almost 20 minutes. there were only three people, including me, in line. that is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable for a fast food restaurant.
