The slowest fast food place I've been to in ages. The owner needs to hire more people or at least schedule more people. Waiting in the drive thru line for 30 minutes is absolutely unacceptable

This location has really turned around. The service is exceptional now! That's why I'm writing a review. I don't usually review fast food restaurants, but this is worth noting.The new employees working there really saved this location. I was also concerned about past negative reviews unnecessarily impacting this location, due to past mismanagement during the evenings about six months back.The food is better, the restaurant is cleaner, and the customer service is so much better.

The short manager doesn't seem to do much, the rest of the staff is friendly and polite. Food was OK at best.Update: There is a short and heavy set manager at this location who is super rude, complains openly about customers in front of them, and swears profusely. She looks genuinely angry that she has to work. If you hate a place that much quit and do something else. Don't make the store look bad with your attitude.

Husband tried the online order option, which froze and failed. Employees were not very available and I had to wait a while for help. Only to learn they would not honor the online order and would not make the food because the deal chosen was an ‘online only’ option. Maybe make sure your website works before you force people to order online?

Shari was super rude. I understand they were busy, but she was over the top rude. As the cashier, I walk in, and there is a line. She's rude to everyone in line. I see on the board that she's a shift leader, yikes. I won't come back to be treated like that again. I know others felt the same way. If you don't like your job, find another one.
