California Pizza Kitchen at Briarwood

Thai Crunch Salad was ordered using Grub Hub, but salad dressing was not included. When I called the store, I was offered a salad dressing if I wanted to drive to the restaurant and pick it up and was told once it leaves their restaurant they're no longer responsible. It's not Grub Hubs responsibility to put the dressing in the bag to begin with. Asked to speak to manager who admitted he forgot the dressing and offered to remake it, but said there was nothing he could do because I didn't order through their website. Tried reordering via their website but no delivery service was available. Grub Hub refunded me $24, but I paid $38 for the delivery and service fee for a salad I can't eat. Disappointed is an understatement. I'm not paying another $38 for a salad and driving an hour there and back kinda defeats the purpose of ordering via delivery...

I don’t know if anyone else has noticed, but California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) has always been one of those reliable go-to spots for me. It’s consistent, it’s delicious, and it never disappoints.
We’ve got a couple of favorites that are always in the mix. For starters, you can’t go wrong with the Thai Chicken Salad—fresh, flavorful, and a perfect blend of sweet and spicy. My wife is all about the Tequila Lime Fettuccine, and every time she gets it, she raves about the flavor.
As for me, I’m a pizza guy. Sometimes I go with the classic Pepperoni, other times I mix it up with the Pepperoni and Mushroom or The Works. Honestly, you can’t miss with any of those choices. The crust is always on point, and the toppings are generous and flavorful.
What I appreciate most about CPK is that it’s consistent. Every visit feels like a safe bet for a satisfying meal, and that kind of reliability is hard to come by these days. So, kudos to you, CPK, for being that backbone of a spot I know I can count on. You’ll definitely stay in my regular rotation.

Service was terrible

Oh my goodness the pizza here is amazing!! The Thai chicken pizza is as unique as it is delicious!

We got the street corn and BBQ chicken pizza; both were amazing and cooked well. Our waitress was friendly and made sure we had refills.

This pizza is a must try! The rewards program is excellent and they have really good promotions running throughout the year.

I've been to CPK a few times over the years. I really feel like the quality has gone downhill from when I first started going. It tastes ok these days & felt over priced

They no longer serve hot drinks. Vegan options were not listed on the menu and staff didn't know much about dietary restrictions, although our server tried to find out for us. He did as well as he could with the resources CPK gave him.

Service and the food were phenomenal

This place always come recommended. Great service. Delicious food Every time just have nothing to complain about.

Ordered pizza. pasta, and sundaes. Food was great. Service was really good too. Justice (Avril was training) was our main server and he was very respectful and efficient making an enjoyable supper.

Pricey all of a sudden

I Had party of 12 that your server refused to seat, for at least 30-45 mins. There was more then 12 empty seat at the front of your resturant. This is the way you treat new paterns. I will be more then glad to tell my friends about your services
