I've been so many times in the hopes that maybe their DJ's will learn to get it but ..nah. Not only is paying a cover crazy for 21+, but the drinks are always way watered down, music played sucks, transitions are even worse (everyone hits it with an abrupt iMovie level record scratch in the middle of a song ?), music goes from a hype song to a ..slow dance???, and employees always act like you're stabbing them 10 times in the back just for being there 😠like if you guys wanna go out of business just say that and stay closed forever lol

This is the most racist place I ever experience. I initially got in the bar with all the security check and my friend lost her id but have a screenshot of proving her being over 21. Regardless that can work or not, after I help my friend vouch for her id being authentic and to let the security understand that she is actually being over 21, I got pull over suddenly and said I can’t go in the club due to my inappropriate dress code even though I initially passed the security and the dress code and ticket check. I felt very personal and I said I think it is unfair and I feel like there might be racism intention behind. After I voice myself concern, I got kick out of the security because he said I have no right to express my concern and said there is potential racism involve in this. . And then they took away my id. I need to line back up and found it left in the stair case behind the security checkpoint. I thinks this is my first time feel such unwelcome action in the us due to my ethnicity.

My friend and I had arrived around 10pm originally. We paid and received a wrist band on our left hands which we thought was normal since we had never been before. Since it was dead, we asked the bouncer if we could come back later and he stated that we could reenter with our wristbands. We come back about an hour and a half later to a line wrapped around. We wait in the line so that we wouldn’t cut anyone off for about an hour. When we made it to the front of the line, another bouncer told us to come around since we already had wristbands. Another man stops us from entering and states that we couldn’t answer because our wristbands were on our left hands and not our right hands. We explained our situation and that an earlier bouncer had actually put it on us and we were ignored. We were told to either go to the end of the line to pay again or go somewhere else. We did not appreciate this inconsistency and poor customer service skills.

Went out with two of my friends, I am a type one diabetic and the security guard wouldn’t let me lay my head down at my table, wasn’t drinking, paid for my energy drink, paid for entry. wasn’t even in there 20 mins until two men came and told me to leave for watching my friends things at a table with my head down. not causing any harm, then proceeded to not let me sit outside on the patio while i waited for my two friends. sober, not causing trouble, staying to myself and got treated horrible. don’t recommend going if you’re wanting to chill out with a non alcoholic drink. wouldn’t come again.

From the second you walk in, the vibe is unmatched. The staff is super friendly, the service is fast (even when it’s packed), and the food is delicious too. They always have the best DJ’s that keep the energy up all night—perfect mix of hits and hype tracks!
Shoutout to the bartenders—always holding it down with great energy, fast pours, and making sure everyone’s having a good time. Whether you’re grabbing food before hitting the dance floor or vibing with friends in the electric atmosphere, Cantina is hands down one of the best spots for 18+ in AA. It’s easily one of the top places for college students and young adults looking for nightlife in downtown Ann Arbor. Every time I go, I always have a night to remember!

Went to pick up a burrito and I drove more than 35 minutes because they are delicious but I asked for no bacon .. and it has bacon uhhh oohhh but I’m noncomfrtational guy so in preparing myself in their bathroom to so can I get a milkshake for the inconvenience but by the time I come out they’ve already gifted me a voucher amongst other things exceeded my expectations thank you Steve and the staff for treating me so well!
