Very slow. I’ve ordered deep dish pizza and had it hit the table faster than this tiny little thin crust single topping pizza. We sat and watched several folks order their pizza after us and get their pizzas in 20-30 minutes. Somehow ours took over an hour.
And somehow they managed to keep the bottom of the pizza soggy while burning the top.
Won’t ever waste my time with this again.

Carrozza pizza was great! I had the Carrozza Bianca, and it's super unique and tasty. The QR code ordering process was simple and effective! I highly recommend a pizza when visiting Mothfire Brewery.

The pizza is amazing! Went to Mothfire to meet some friends and there was already a flatbread from carrozza that had just arrived at the table, piping hot and sooo delicious. We ended up ordering 3 more pizzas that were all different and they all had really great flavors that complimented each other. There seemed to be something for everyone because all my friends had different favorites. My favorite was the green curry, but the real star was the dough itself. As a guy who knows his pizza the crumb was exceptional and I could tell they put a lot of time into coming up with their recipe. I will be back to try some of their other specialty and pizzas as well as try more of mothfires brews!

Alright, I'm gonna say it: it's the best pizza in Ann Arbor! Thin crust made in a real wood fired oven. Classic styles like pepperoni and margherita but also innovative gourmet styles like meatball/pepperoncini and vegan green curry. The ones with garlic cream (like the mushroom one) are amazing! I keep going back to try all the different kinds and I'm always satisfied. My wife and I usually split two or three pizzas, you can just keep em coming as you sip your beers.

Pizza is EXTREMELY thin. Much thinner than your average thin crust wood fired pizza. We waited 35 mins from placing our order to the pizza arriving on a non busy Sunday afternoon. While it tasted okay, what was unfortunate was that the pizza seemed like it had been sitting awhile before hitting our table as it appeared dried out and cold. However, we mistakenly ordered a second pizza as we were enjoying sipping beers at Mothfire. It had been 45 mins and no pizza in sight. We went to check on our order when it appeared they had some how “lost” our order(even though you order digitally through a qr code). Maybe a mishap of the system but we just assumed pizza was taking awhile after our first order took nearly forty minutes. The second pizza arrived almost an hr after we ordered, and it was the same dry, extremely thin crust that was more similar to a thin crisp cracker. I now think after having had two pizzas here, that because the crust is so thin, it does not retain heat, so by the time it gets to your table it’s like a dry thin crisp cracker. On a high note, the flavor was good, and after waiting for so long, we demolished both pizzas anyway. Unfortunately I wish something had been done about our lost order/extremely long wait. For that alone the service felt non existent. There is no waiter as the QR code ordering leaves you quite detached from having someone who can take care of issues when they arise(like a missing order or to comp a meal). Instead the whole service is done through online ordering and check out.
I’m sure we’ll will return to mothfire in the future but I’m not sure we have a great expectation to order from Carrozzas again if the wait times on a non busy afternoon average nearly 40 mins for 1 pizza.
