Everything is delicious. The QQ drinks, I've had them all. Lychee and Grapefruit are the best. Gf loves the chocolate hazelnut delight. Matche latte is fantastic as well.

No matter how many customers are in the store, they are so SLOW I wait an hour for 1 drink every time and it’s not even that good. I have visited every few months since 2019 and it’s always the same issue of waiting. Will not take my chances again. I understand that there can be staffing issues and whatnot but this has not been a one time thing, it’s been an every time thing - again, regardless of whether it is busy or completely empty the wait times are long. Went once this summer with two friends and we were the only people in the store. We had to ask more than once about our order because we had waited so long that we thought they forgot about it.Also in response to the owner, I checked my texts and I told my friend I finally got the order at 10:43pm meaning I waited almost 40 mins. Customers should not be expected to know that Snackpass orders are not a priority. If that is the case, there should be a note on Snackpass that says to ask about the order when arriving in the store - I did not because I could tell they were behind.

Although the downtown area has become a bit saturated with bubble tea spots as of late, Chatime stands out for all the right reasons. The bubble tea here is good! Flavorful, rich and delicious! The menu offers both the traditional milk teas as well as the non-dairy options. The ordering process is simple and straightforward - you can order in-person or online. The staff are friendly and can impart good feedback and suggestions if you're looking for some. My personal favorites are the signature milk tea and the taro milk tea - I like to add pearls in each. Location is convenient, footsteps away from the University of Michigan's Central Campus. However, there isn't a lot of seating inside, so it's best if you order & go. If you're a fan of bubble tea then pay Chatime a visit!

This is the best bubble tea in downtown Ann Arbor! I have tried all the other shops and this one is my favorite because of all the interesting flavors they offer, the fact that you can customize every aspect of your order, and the high quality of the ingredients.

Really good bubble tea — love that they use real milk, and being able to customize ice and sugar level, including via SnackPass, is great. The signature milk tea with less ice and 50% sugar is a perfect balance of sweetness to milk tea-ness for me.

Good bubble tea, but I had to wait 30 minutes for an online order, and they didn't start making it until I showed up 'cause the online order machine was broken. Also they forgot the bubbles. D'oh.

Where were all these authentic bubble tea places when I was a student here? Love that you can adjust the ice and sugar level. I've mainly tried Cha Time's milk teas - Oolong is my favorite! Heads up that their taro drink is made with pieces of taro throughout since the texture may catch some people off guard!

I've tried a milk tea from every bubble tea place in Ann Arbor and this is the one I keep coming back for! I think it has the best tea flavor while also being creamy. I go for 50% or 80% sweetness as the fully sweetened one kinda masks the tea flavor. Pearls are soft and delicious!

I've tried boba from many different places, and it never hits the same as Chatime's. I get their signature milk tea with tapioca pearls, which is consistently good every time and I am rarely disappointed. I will literally drive 45 minutes to get a drink here because I know I'm wasting my time and money elsewhere.
