For this location to not have a drive thru I was thoroughly impressed at the speed the line moved. The customer service exceeded my expectations. The workers stopped by our table to refill our drinks and collect our trash. Smiling faces everywhere, I will be eating here again

Been to many chick fil-a’s all over the country. This is by far the slowest one I’ve ever been to. Took me an hour to order and receive my food at 3pm on a Monday. Ridiculous wait.

During my visit, my order was prepared incorrectly. While waiting for the corrected order, I remained near the pickup area after noticing the food had been left on the counter for over 10 minutes without being called.
I was asked to move and told that my presence felt “pressuring” and was “getting on their nerves,” which I found surprising and unprofessional. I was patient and understanding, especially given this is a new location and opening days are understandably busy.
I’m sharing this feedback in hopes of improved communication and customer service moving forward.

Let’s just say I was utterly disappointed, overall service was terrible, and I ended up getting a refund because I waited 30 minutes for biscuits along with 15 other people. Not to mention the employees are CLUELESS they are working at Chick-Fil-A for an aesthetic! I understand that the business just open but this by far the WORST experience I had with chick-fil-A

I’m really glad Chick-fil-A has finally opened in Ann Arbor. Sure, they’re busy. Sure, there’s no drive‑thru. And yes, parking can be a challenge. But the food is excellent and the service is even better. They truly stand out in the fast‑food world.
I ordered online about 20 minutes before arriving, so I skipped the line entirely. I grabbed a table, scanned the QR code, and my food was brought out in about 10 minutes. Smooth, simple, and genuinely enjoyable. A great experience from start to finish.

Not sure why Chick-fil-A ended up in Ann Arbor.
Between the FEC/IRS, there have been a reported $800,717 since 2012 from shareholders who donated directly to Trump (16k), DeSantis (7k) and others (including Harris (13k) the RNC (2k) and NRCC (2k)).
Previous owners and shareholders have also been advocates and financial supporters for lgbt+ conversion camps as well.
This business should be on your boycott list if it isn't already.

I think that it is overly overstaffed, and I had found hair in my food, and some of the employees were being really rude and for it being my first time Trying the food I wasn’t satisfied at all.

My siblings and I grew up down the road, so we HAD to go to the new Chick-fil-A opening weekend! Even though my order was lost in all the crazy and I had to do some hunting down to find someone who could get me my food, all my younger siblings got food rather quickly and all the staff were super calm and polite under pressure. I've worked too many food service shifts slammed by long lines to be upset. The long wait on my food was handled well and I ended up with an extra lemonade to give to my mom. Love you guys, will be back soon!
