I love chipotle but these are the laziest chipotle workers I have ever experienced. There are always 8 employees and every time I place an online order I arrive when it’s supposed to be ready but it’s never ready despite there being not a single person in line.

The best Chipotle in the area! The portions are really good, always have ingredients in stock and fresh. Everyone is friendly and they let us know that one of our ingredients was low but more was coming off the grill in a minute.

Missing veggies and guac. Portion size used to be shareable a couple years back, and this time I'm hardly full myself. On top of that, Chipotle has some of the worst customer service. Spent 30 minutes to get a refund with chatbots and a phone call. Tried to give me a "Free side of guac", am I prepaying for my guac for next time?? 2.75 for 30 minutes, I need to get at least minimum wage for that pain in the butt.

Horrible customer service I’ve been to this location once before and it was very bad customer service and I gave this location three month break and decided to give it another try and the customer service is still very horrible

I ordered my favourite l. The salad bowl addeed rice black beans pico cheese hot salsa and sour cream. Then asked for extra Barbacoa and they heaped it on. Love this location.

It is clear that there is new management! Amazingly clean, great crew, food was prepared perfectly…complete change from a year ago. I spoke with a young woman manager and made sure to thank her for the obvious efforts!

I went in there and ordered my food. One of the ( he had dark hair and glasses) was exceptionally rude to me and right to my face , for no reason at all. The other workers said he is always that way and they just put up with it. No accountability. I won’t be going back.

I refuse to go back to this location. Chipotle as a company typically has reasonable quality control and good employees, so I truly believe this location needs to be investigated. Previously, I placed an online order only to see a handwritten sign posted over the drive-up window stating that no online orders were being taken, and to please order inside. This was after I had already paid online. Inside, I asked if my order was received and was rudely told it was not, again despite having already paid for it. I even showed them my receipt, but was brushed off. I was told I would need to order and pay again, and go on the app if I wanted my money refunded. When I tried to order, they were out of basically everything I had already ordered and paid for, so I just left. I then had to spend over 30 minutes on the app chatting with someone to have my online order refunded. This was a huge waste of my time and it seemed the employees couldn’t have cared less. I’m not at all surprised by all the negative reviews for this location.
