I went to this Chipotle recently. It was okay, but I have been to better ones. One of the staff seemed rude, but I'm not gonna 100% blame her; it looked like they were understaffed, and it was Valentines Day.

I don’t know why I keep ordering from this location. Every time the bowl looks like they swept up whatever was on the floor and put it in a to go container. It’s always missing ingredients, and there’s always literally the smallest amount of food in the bowl. So stupid.

There's not much to say, I have friends who love it, but as far as I'm concerned I'll never go back. I spent $3.50 on a pop I was never told about the fountain drinks which were around the corner and I could not see them. I spent 33.00 for two of us, my sister ordered two tacos and I had a burrito. Just be sure you know what you're doing if you go there

Chips on 1/19 were not fried properly at all. As you can see from photo they are covered in grease and extra salt was put on them to try to save. Please eat the food costs and remake. Constantly understaffed, employees are always kind and trying their best but management isn't doing enough to help them out

Used to be my favorite location & the quality & service have gone to crap. Last time, they forgot my chips & salsa. This time they forgot fajita veggies in both bowls. And chips were just disgustingly oily and floppy and salty as heck!! Just nasty! Whoever was on the chip fryer today really needs to be retrained. These chips were not cooked all the way. Way way way too much salt & floppy not cooked all the way!!🤢 & the chick behind the counter just stared at me- didn’t ask if I was there to pick up and order or make an order, nothing just pure silence. Very annoyed for $30+ TIP!!! Chipotle wth is going on ??

I liked that they have the nice wash stations that have consistent hot water immediately to get all the bacteria, germs and dirt off my hands. Unlike some places like at Panera. It’s a sensor underneath the faucet and sometimes it doesn’t work and then the hot water isn’t available or you have to wait there for a while to get some warm water with soap to clean your hands but not here. This place is good. they have the hand sanitizer and the healthy soap by Purell
I drive out of my way specifically to the Briarwood location because they never get my order wrong. They have a heavy hand with the servings which is always appreciated. The staff are friendly and quick with service.

This location needs some improvement. Got a little food poisoning with my brisket last night. My wife suffered a similar fate. I've noticed they've struggled with staffing the place properly. Staff always seem overwhelmed but appear to be trying hard to do well.

I sent someone over to chipotle to pick me up some food, they proceeded to tell her they shut the regular line down and to order it through DoorDash, they had to wait 45 minutes for them to make an order and to top it off they were talking crap about the order while she’s in there! Unprofessional and disrespectful, I was already having a bad day and I thought chipotle would make it better, only made it worse !!!

I know extra chicken is expensive $3.95 but this time i got a side of brisket and was charged $8 for a small side of brisket. Seriously ridiculous and they didn’t give me a receipt so I could confirm the prices with a manager/corporate. I always expect to pay a decent amount of money for the side of meat but $8?

I am sorry to say this. Food quality and quantity super low here first of all out of 10 9.5 time this place does not have ingredients available. No white rice no corn, salsa no cheese no lettuce and avacado. What ever left over you will get low amount in burritos. Who ever is own this doesn’t even know how to run this place. 8 plus crew members working at a time but they don’t want make anything. Don’t believe me. Be my guest pay visit to this location and you will see. After 6.30pm 100% ingredients will not be available and they close at 10pm. Thank you so much for reading.
