Honestly, this place needs a lot of help. I’ve never been in the building and they weren’t out of something! dishes stacked to the top, out of bowls, and just looks a mess inside.
They run out rice and food quick

One of the best I’ve been to. They loaded me up and even let me wait for the rice I wanted. Super great people
slowest workers i’ve ever seen in my life pls try harder jeez
I know today it’s a difficult day because it’s BOGO but that doesn’t mean you have to be rude. There was only 1 guy working in the front and moving extra, extra, extra slow and outta nowhere he told everyone: I don’t care about y’all looks 🙄, really?? I don’t think he know what customer service is. I had to leave because I was so mad. Please chipotle. Hire people that respect the customers.

worst chipotle ever
Get out of Ann Arbor go blue !!!
This location is awful! They get my pick up orders wrong nearly every time. You can't even get your incorrect order refunded through their inane online customer service bot. They're frequently out of ingredients and have huge lines. Save yourself the time and frustration and go to Qdoba across the street instead. Boooo do better! 👎

Very unprepared, undercooked steak, waited an extra 30 minutes past pick-up time, not really worth it

5 stars and a big thank you to the gentleman who was working between 8:30-9:30p on Friday, 11/14/25. It was clear the staff was either limited or new, but he was the only one working the counter and the register. Even as the line continued to grow, he kept his composure and provided great service and made sure to ask us if we were happy with everything before we walked out the door.

One of the worst restaurants in the area. Most of the stuff in the menu is missing and the amount they give you isn’t worth the price.
I don’t recommend going there.

I genuinely can’t believe how bad this place is. It’s almost impressive how they manage to get everything wrong, every single time. Calling this a Chipotle is straight-up false advertising — it’s more like a half-stocked cafeteria that gave up years ago.
Today they told me they were out of rice, beans, and chicken. That’s not “running low on ingredients,” that’s “we’ve abandoned the concept of being a restaurant.” Every visit is an exercise in disappointment — no matter when I go, they’re somehow missing the most basic items.
At this point, I can only blame myself for giving them yet another chance. The sign should be taken down and replaced with “Lettuce Shack,” because that’s all they ever seem to have.
Do yourself a favor: don’t walk in, don’t order online, don’t even look in its direction. This location is a black hole of quality, and your patience will not survive the experience.

It shocks me how completely and consistently terrible this location is, it is truly an abomination. At this point it is my fault for returning, every time I walk in with hope that things will be better. They never are. They literally never have the most critical ingredients (I just left after they told me they were out of rice, beans, and chicken ?), it is to the point where even referring to them as chipotle is an egregious lie. The sign should be removed from the storefront and replaced with “lettuce stand” because seemingly this is all they ever have in stock. I am serious when I say do not go here, avoid it at all costs
