Recent Reviews

Chipotle is great for a quick meal, but this location is always out of ingredients. On my last visit, they were out of chips, guac, fajita veggies, and lettuce all at the same time. It’s frustrating to order a meal and find out that half the toppings are unavailable, especially when this seems to be a constant issue. If you want the full Chipotle experience, I recommend driving the extra 10 minutes to the Briarwood location, where they actually keep things stocked.

After like 7pm you don’t get what you drove there for, you get whatever they have left. If it’s later in the day, save yourself some time and just drive to a location deeper in Ann

I used to love Chipotle :( I don’t know if it’s Chipotle changing procedures, fast food staffing issues, or just sheer bad luck, but this is the second mediocre experience I have had at a chipotle in my past few visits. Both bad experiences were around Ann Arbor. Chicken was a weird rubbery consistency, only kinda “warm”, and had hard pieces of something in it (bones?) Other ingredients were fine, rice and beans were cooked perfectly, and the staff were friendly and quick....
