CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice North Campus

Glad to see this popular Asian boba tea brand in Ann Arbor. The service was fast and friendly. The room was clean with some seats. We tried several items. Matcha latte was the best with chewy boba. However, the tea tasted like the instant one sold in the grocery. 30% sugar level could be great for Asian people, because of its high sweetness.

I have been a customer for coco for years. But it is my first time to have such a light color Oolong milk tea. Interestingly bizarre

Should consider going out of business if it takes 30+min to make one drink/ constantly prioritize online orders

It was so hideously busy that it literally took an hour to get my delicious lemon tea with honey jelly. Please hire more bobaristas and pay them three dollars more per hour. Also bring back the weird mascot cake that tasted like nothing.

I started going here for lunch as part of a ploy to lose weight while walking from work. After several months of stopping by I fell in love with the various fruit based drinks. There were so many tasty options, and it was hard to pick, but I fell in love with mango smoothies and mango pomelo sago smoothies. Both are amazing.

I've only had one experience where it took a bit longer than expected, but there is usually only one person working the counter. It's similar to a coffee shop, so have patience.

I'm leaving a review due to my most recent interaction, where they did not have the Mango Pomelo Sago Smoothie, but the staff offered to make a variant of the drink. It was amazing!

Why is this place always so slow? Staffs are always taking their time to make a drink

My favorite is milk tea with coconut jelly I like the way they make it not too sweet and you can taste the tea. But now Im disappointed because the taste is either more milk or no taste or too sweet and you cannot even taste the tea on it.

I loved their seasonal Honeydew slush with Coconut Jelly. But mixed in their Ube Shake with sago.. I think the Ube could have added a bit more Ube flavor as it was a bit bland.

Love this bubble tea location! Great variety of drinks. Fresh teas. Staff are lovely and always work so hard even in the midst of a rush. Occasionally we will get old tapioca pearls which is a bummer. 4.5/5 stars!

I like this place a lot but I wish the hours were longer. Really good orange green tea.

They were out of an ingredient and instead of calling my name to tell me and ask if I wanted something different, one of the employees assumed I was not there and just got rid of my cup. When I asked about my drink I was then told about the issue after already waiting for 15 minutes. I understand that they were busy but I don't understand why they would just get rid of my order from the que without asking.

While i love the tea, four times now i have gotten sick after eating their pearls / jellies. I know its them because each time i have vomited up the jellies / pearls 12+ hrs later.
