I loved their seasonal Honeydew slush with Coconut Jelly. But mixed in their Ube Shake with sago.. I think the Ube could have added a bit more Ube flavor as it was a bit bland.
Great boba! Worth the wait!
Love this bubble tea location! Great variety of drinks. Fresh teas. Staff are lovely and always work so hard even in the midst of a rush. Occasionally we will get old tapioca pearls which is a bummer. 4.5/5 stars!
I like this place a lot but I wish the hours were longer. Really good orange green tea.
They were out of an ingredient and instead of calling my name to tell me and ask if I wanted something different, one of the employees assumed I was not there and just got rid of my cup. When I asked about my drink I was then told about the issue after already waiting for 15 minutes. I understand that they were busy but I don't understand why they would just get rid of my order from the que without asking.
While i love the tea, four times now i have gotten sick after eating their pearls / jellies. I know its them because each time i have vomited up the jellies / pearls 12+ hrs later.
this coco's location has always been my go-to whenever i drove down to ann arbor. staffs are nice and friendly. my drink is always finished on time, even i ordered in person or through square. i have recommended them to many of my out-of-state friends and they also have good experience too!

Black pearl tapioca is OLD and overly chewy. Service is slow and not consistently friendly. Online ordering automatically applies 15% tip, for no human interaction, and again very slow service. Was hoping this would improve post covid, but no luck.

I liked their fruit tea options ✨Ordered mango green tea before and tropical special is my go to.
They have some seats and public restroom so you can enjoy the drinks there.
