Cottage Inn Pizza Ann Arbor Stadium

Pizza was great . Not the most pleasant person took our order . Pizza was very good . The inside restaurant was very cold .

This was my first time visiting Cottage Inn Pizza, and it definitely lived up to the recommendation from a family member. The service was outstanding! Antron helped us and went above and beyond—he took the time to explain the best deal, and even showed us how to earn some extra breadsticks.

The pizza was fantastic, the breadsticks were average, not a lot of flavor. The price was very reasonable, and the overall experience was excellent. If you’re looking for great-quality pizza with top-notch service, this is the place to go.

Y'all really screwed up my order. It was under Zachary on 09/08/2025

I ordered half deluxe and half all meat. It was delivered kindly and all, but there was a mistake with the pizza. The manager was incredibly lax about the issue and even argued with me about the pizza that was right in front of my face.

The staff was so sweet. They have gluten free and dairy free pizza and it was so good! Great value for the money!

I added a photo of the small salad I got for $6.99. For $7 I expected something a bit larger. It doesn’t seem like a good value for a basic Caesar. The pizza was fine.

Good Pizza, fast and good service.

Picked up my deep dish pizza that was hot, fresh and ready for me when i walked in the door. Very happy and thankful to say, i havent had a bad experience at this cottage inn and i hope it stays that way because i really enjoy the food!

The pizzas and sides are some of the best delivery pizza in Ann Arbor. It's a little too greasy to have all the time, but is overall quite good. The service is always friendly and fast.

I ordered pizza, stix and dip... It says 17.99 online and they charged me 23 and change, I realized. And I ordered a 2 liter and that didn't come either.

Possibly the smallest wings I've ever seen. Some the size of a pinky finger.

Staff were nice enough; and it's not their fault. But the wings should be taken off the menu. They are barely there.

Disclaimer: I prefer NY style pizza.. this is NOT NY style pizza. I would compare this pizza to papa John’s. I really appreciated the vegan cheese option. Sauce was tasty. Toppings basic and under cooked when pizza was done. Dough was thick on the regular crust and pan pizza. Our group ordered 1 of each we did not get the thin option. The service was great and I really appreciated the guy at the counter offering advice. It was edible but not good pizza. I would not repeat the experience unless there were not other options. (Very unlikely experience with pizza) .
