Cottage Inn Pizza Ann Arbor Packard

A couple of weeks or so ago I ordered one of the specials that included garlic cream cheese and didn't get it so I called them up and told them and they said that they would send me some when the driver got back I never got it !! And tonight I ordered something at 1:29am which was supposed to be delivered at 2:07an at 2:07am II got an email saying that it was on the way and would be delivered at 2:14am and that my driver was Billy C but it never came and of course I got no answer from the store because they were closed so I want my 200 reward points back and whatever compensation for making me starve !!!

This place doesn't have a bathroom. You have to go behind the dumpster. Not a great representative of the company.

I ordered a pizza ? while at work. I picked it up before closing. The service was excellent, and the pizza was fresh and hot. 5 Stars ?

I walked in, ordered my pizza to go (take-out only), 15 minutes later, I walked out the door. (This was a Thursday evening. Might be different on the weekend). Pizza was excellent. I would go back next time I'm in town.

Honestly, the BEST pizza I have ever had. The BBQ Chicken will blow your mind!!! 11/10 would drive 2 hours to eat here again.

Parking: The number of parking spots in the driveway is very low, but maneuverable.

I mean, let’s be honest, at its best, it’s corporate mass-produced pizza. My issues are the people that run it. Every orders 15 to 20 minutes late because they just sit around getting high next to all of the food equipment. Photo attached thanks for playing.

I usually don’t leave reviews but the employees here are so rude and petty. Had a problem both times we have ordered. They didn’t even cut our pizza

Update your voicemail. Literally says the buisness is opened "3am everyday" when that's not true. Very annoying.

I'm not sure why they never have my order lately?! Past few weeks go in and they're like, "sorry I don't have that order or sorry our system is down". It's so bad that I'm not gonna go there anymore! Like 4 times! Which sucks cuz I LOVE Cottage Inn and especially because this location is supposed to be open until 4am on U of M campus area
