This is our favorite place to get some pizza from in Ann Arbor. It has vegan cheese available, and you can build your own vegan pizza. Such a great place to order from when you're feeling lazy and needing some comfort food!

I have never experienced a bigger disaster ordering a pizza. I have been waiting for more than 90 minutes and keep being told the driver is on his way. I also can hear other people complaining about the same on the phone in the background. Stay away!

Just save your money and go elsewhere. Spent $50 for them to mess up both pizzas. Had it delivered just to be told I have to deliever it back to even prove it was messed up on thier end, after being told how they watched them make this pizza so they know it isn't messed up. Blt pizza w no topping sauce or Lettuce and a chicken bacon ranch with no sauce. If I could add pictured I would but it won't allow me to for some reason. Came in to nothing but excuses as to why the attitude on the phone was right.

I feel bad they were so understaffed but I put on an order through the app at 12pm for 5:45pm and it wasn’t printed or on their radar and I had to wait another hour for my pizza even though I ordered hours in advance. Someone who made their order an hour ago received their pizza before me.

Update: They also got my order wrong and put green olives instead of green peppers on my pizza

Pizza was awful. No taste too much dough and very few toppings. Service was worst than the pizza.

Since I've been in town, I wanted to try some deep dish or Detroit style pizza. I chose this place cause I was tired and it was close to my hotel. Not much cleaning goes on at this place by the looks of the spider webs on the windows and the snow shovel with a salt bag by the door. The very understaffed place did a decent job of keeping up with the crazy amount of orders, but I waited almost an hour for my eat in pizza. The pizza itself was ok with decent sauce but not a true deep dish. It was more like a Sicilian pie. The meatball was a bit salty and dry. I'd probably pass on this place unless there was nothing else to eat.

Michiganders think we’re crazy, but my fiancée and I drive the 5 hour drive to Ann Arbor twice a year just for this pizza…

It’s the best pizza we’ve ever had, and the service is always great! We’ve tried many other options in the Ann Arbor area, but this Cottage Inn location is the best in the state.

If you’re here for a business trip or just in town for a few days and are looking for a good pizza, this is the best.

This location is horrendous. I tried giving them another try and it was miserable again. Their prices on the menu right there in front of us is “outdated” since when was the nino 8.99?? It’s always been 6.99. And they are always short staffed and don’t know what they’re doing 50% of the time.

Manager Tishia and Team Member Allante did a great job. Our pizza and salad was very good!!

Ordered at 11pm. Late night snack. It was absolutely great. Ordered a medium and the lady working gave us a large!! Super sweet!! Pizza is so tasty.
