Cottage Inn Pizza Ann Arbor State St

Order was supposed to arrive at 5:05PM. At 5:10PM I called for an update and was told the driver was en route (I'm 5 minutes from the location). At 5:25PM, still no dinner so I called the location again and was told it would arrive in 2 minutes. The driver arrived a few minutes later and only had part of my order, and part of someone else's order. He was not very friendly or apologetic and blamed his team. I called the store back to let them know that I was missing 3/4 of my order and was told that they would try to get it to me as soon as possible - when I pressed for a delivery time, they said maybe 20 minutes. An order placed at 4:30PM on a Tuesday not being completed until 6:00PM or later is absolutely ridiculous.

I saw staff member pull sticker out of trash with gloves on and then took his gloves off and handle food. Used pizza cutter that was covered in old toppings. Used his bare hands. I got sick from the pizza. I should have thrown it out and not eaten it. I don’t know if my experience was a one off, will not be coming again.

Happy to indulge and relive some memories while in town for Art Fair and to visit relatives. The pizza did not disappoint. Still excellent after all these years. Chunky veggies, loaded toppings and cheese, on fresh soft crust with crispy edge. Just the way I remembered it and hard to find outside of Ann Arbor!

Super satisfied, I just always want more pizza. Just had the Chicken Mediterranean delivered, the delivery was ten minutes earlier than the anticipated delivery time which is nice. The young lady that delivered the pizza was very friendly and professional. The pizza hot, fresh, and delicious! Thank you Cottage Inn!

I had a wonderful experience here The staff was awesome They were very helpful With the menu choices my pizza was delicious. The restaurant was very clean and the atmosphere was wonderful.
I will definitely be a returning customer.

Needs to take some training from the stadium location, also cannot follow directions

Ordered pizza along with paper plates and napkins. Pizza arrived over an hour later, very cold, poorly cut with no plates or napkins. Deliverer said he would return with plates and napkins but never did.

Brought our softball team there after a game. The staff was very accommodating. I’d bring the team there again for sure!! Pizza was great and served in a timely manner!

This is our favorite place to get some pizza from in Ann Arbor. It has vegan cheese available, and you can build your own vegan pizza. Such a great place to order from when you're feeling lazy and needing some comfort food!

very poor service you do not get the extra items you pay for and it taste like day old pizza

I have never experienced a bigger disaster ordering a pizza. I have been waiting for more than 90 minutes and keep being told the driver is on his way. I also can hear other people complaining about the same on the phone in the background. Stay away!
