The cookies are very large and very thick. They smell and taste amazing. Clearly, they are made with high-quality ingredients, and the presentation is impeccable!
However, the atmosphere is cold! When you walk in, no one says a word to you, but they all see you. They wait for you to go to the kiosk and put in your order, then silently fill your order. The kiosk actually asks if you want to leave a tip?? For what?? For putting my cookies in a box when you couldn't even say hello? I'd have rather filled the box myself and continue on as if there were no other people there in the building with us. COLD
...and finally, the cookies were more raw than they were cooked. This was the biggest disappointment of all. We could only eat the edges of the cookies. We had to go home, scrape off the toppings, and put the cookies in the oven for a while longer. If you're a huge cookie dough fanatic then this is the perfect cookie for you, but it wasn't really our thing; unfortunately.
