I got the cod dinner and asked for 3 shrimp on the side. I did not receive the shrimp, cocktail sauce, tarter sauce or coleslaw. This was a drive thru order I tried to go inside and get this fixed but a long line and 5 people standing around with blank stairs were not willing to help me. Yes,I was charged for the shrimp and understand that the Management at this location will not be helpful in anyway. Don't go to this location and complain to thier corporate office if you have issues.

This was my first experience at a Culver’s and I loved it. The food was scrumptious and service was excellent. All the employees were attentive.
Just received some of the rudest attitude I’ve ever received from any restaurant ever. I was doing nothing but politely waiting for my drive thru order. With all kinds of attitude she comes and slams my order on the ledge of my car window, won’t even look at me with such rudeness in her voice, it was very intentionally wanting me to know she’s being rude. I don’t know what I did to her, maybe she was having a bad day, but don’t treat your customers like crap for your pleasure. I wish I caught her name, but I will not forget her face and voice.

I love Culver's this place is amazing the food is sooooo good it's hard to pick what to get because everything is good . The service is great and very fast so you won't wait for long . It's very organized and the staff are always friendly. A good place to go on a date or a family outing.
