Tried Culver’s and honestly… I was not prepared.
Most burgers I’ve had in America look like they’ve been through a small earthquake — smashed, twisted, and falling apart. But this one was different. The vegetables were actually crisp. Fresh, crunchy lettuce that had real texture. I almost got emotional.
The burger also wasn’t greasy at all. It was surprisingly clean and light, which I really liked. And the size was bigger than I expected. Respect.
And the custard… it was my first time trying frozen custard and wow. Smooth, creamy, and really delicious.
After finishing the meal I went home and immediately fell asleep — not from exhaustion, just because I was so full and satisfied.

This location is terrible. We ordered two meals, and when we got back we realized neither of our sides was included in the bag. When I called the store, I was told my only options were to return that same night or receive a coupon in the mail. They explicitly stated they do not issue refunds for incorrect orders.
Because the location was closing in 10 minutes and I was unable to return in time, I agreed to the coupon. I was assured that the coupon could be used at any location, since I don’t live in the area and was traveling for work.
Fast forward to today: the coupons arrived in the mail, and they are only valid at that specific location. As a result, I’m out the money I spent, and my issue was never actually resolved. This entire situation has been incredibly frustrating, and the store failed to follow through on what they promised. I will now have to contact Culver's directly to try to get this fixed.
