Person who took order doesn’t know what they are doing! Fries were over cooked and did not taste good, ordered three drinks and only got two. This is just plain stupid as they were not busy.

Wonderful service and food Everytime we go, even if they are packed full it is still a great experience, great job everyone there ☺️
We stopped in this evening after hearing good things about Culver’s. Immediately we were greeted by several friendly staff. We told them we just needed some time to look at the menu as this was our first time. One of the staff Keith took his time to go through the menu with us and recommended a few items for us to try. After placing a pretty large order, we sat down and our tray was delivered to us within 10 minutes. Everything was hot and fresh. So tasty and well priced. We really appreciated that the kid’s meal came with an ice cream that we could grab on the way out instead of our child wanting to eat it before the main meal. As we were leaving, the same team member Keith asked us how our meal went, what we ordered and gave us recommendations for next time we’re in. It’s just really nice to see staff that really care about their job, and he wasn’t the only one. All the staff were very friendly and hardworking. The owner and management should be really proud of this great crew.

I was having a bad day and drowned it with ice cream. I must have started crying. The staff was very polite and made me feel special with a simple Have a great day and dont let the now keep you down for later. It felt amazing. Thanks.

Almost every time we come here, something is wrong with my order. Ordered two large onion rings and got one medium. Tried to order onion rings with the rest of my food, ended up with two cheese curds instead. Sometimes they just forget the onion rings all together. Almost always something wrong with the orders.
Edit: Happened again today. Ordered 2 double deluxes, cheese curds, onion rings, and fries. We were only given the burgers. We went back through the drive thru and the server gave us a bad attitude and seemed very annoyed. She then only gave us our cheese curds and onion rings, even though we said we were missing fries as well. Very disappointing.
