After 6+ years of eating at Culver's...the Jackson Rd. Location is the only Culver's I have experienced bad service at. I attempted to give them another chance yesterday, but once again they fell short. Instead of giving them by business for a second time. I simply drove to the Chelsea Culver's, which always has amazing customer service. I will no longer waste my time on the Jackson Rd. Location.

Person who took order doesn’t know what they are doing! Fries were over cooked and did not taste good, ordered three drinks and only got two. This is just plain stupid as they were not busy.
