lovely space with friendly staff and delicious goodies !! our cashier walked us thru the menu, pointed out popular items, answered any questions we had, and even got us a couple lil samples of some of their chais! i got the strawberry matcha and it was incredible, it was hard not to drink it all right away ! my friend got the dirty chai with a paneer wrap, and they were also very good. the paneer wrap is honestly to die for and i should've grabbed one myself too.. next time though! would absolutely recommend, great all around and far from breaking the bank! :)

The chai here is simply delicious and authentic and the store owner Noman is delightful! Ginger, dubai, and pumpkin spice chai are my favorites! I even took home chai concentrate and tea leaves :)

I ordered an Achari Paneer kaati wrap but received a chicken wrap and this was a very upsetting experience as I bit into it :(
We also ordered a no sugar peppermint mocha latte but upon receiving it, we realized that it has a lot of sugar. When we asked them about it, they told us that the syrups will of course have sugar. This is harmful and false advertising.
This was a very disappointing and upsetting experience. I can understand that the chicken wrap being served was an accident (although dangerous if I was allergic) but the false advertisement of no sugar in their drinks is harmful, especially for those with diabetes.

This is a beautiful café with a great ambience. They offer tea, coffee, Indian-style chai, and a variety of teas along with light refreshments and snacks. I especially love their masala chai and karak chai. I’ve tried a few of their rolls as well and really enjoyed them.
There are other places where I get my tea, but this one is definitely my favorite. I always look forward to coming back.

I have been to cupsnchai a decent number of times since they opened in Ann Arbor. Sometimes I go to study and other times just to sit and chat with friends. Beautiful store design, lowkey and chill place.
Last week, I catered an event from there, and the service was top notch. This was the first time I had their food, and it was extremely impressive. They had two chicken options (i loved the chutney chicken slider) and one vegetarian option, all were very good. They catered a drink for us (passion fruit lemonade splash) as well, and it was amazing. One thing that I also have to comment on was how easy it was to work with them, the team was so responsive and helped us put on a great event even on two days notice. Top tier service.

I gave this place a one star for the atmosphere, because there was none. I was freezing in my chair and the bathroom. Food was good.

It was our first time at CupsnChai, and we were absolutely impressed. The tea was incredible! I’ve never had tea that delicious before. It was perfectly spiced, creamy, and truly something different. I’ve never experienced tea like this anywhere else.
Huge compliments to the team – everything was outstanding. The staff was also very friendly and patient with us, especially since we weren’t sure what to order at first.
