I have been coming here every week for two months and ordered “2 medium strawberry shakes” with no problems. The girls I dealt with in the past does an excellent job. Tonight Wednesday none of them were working. I was confronted with three teenagers behind the windows. Gave the teenage boy my $12 and the rest was tips. He gave me wrong size and I told him wrong. I watched as he poured two small shakes in a medium cup and made the other fresh. But both were watery. He didn’t like it I told him do it over. Gave me attitude while the teenage girl next to him laughing. Where was the adult supervision?

I went to this dairy Queen It was right around the corner from the University of Michigan couple miles away they don't have any food at the dairy Queen but they got ice cream as we all know and I have Heath concrete cup was great if you're getting ice cream and you're around there I'm definitely recommend it.
Today was my second visit this year and it was just as disappointing as the first. My favorite order is a blizzard with extra mint and extra Oreo, lightly blended. Since my order has special requests, I always leave a tip upfront. Apparently at this location extra mint means one drop of mint, extra Oreo means less than the normal amount of Oreo, lightly blended means blend it until it’s a milkshake, and ordering a blizzard means they don’t even fill up the cup. I guess shame on me for trying again, but if you can’t make a customer’s order correct after two visits, don’t expect future patronage let alone tipping.

Got my usual vanilla malt and it was excellent, exactly as I expect from DQ. Good parking in the back and two picnic tables to sit down outside. Four stars not five only because there's no covered seating and they could do with another table when they're busy.

Always good quality. Never got a blizzard at this location with nothing at the bottom as is often a problem at other locations in the area. They are always busy but the line moves quickly.

A friend and I went to this Dairy Queen today (Tuesday April 11) and had a very positive experience. The store looked clean and organized, and the person at the register was extremely kind, and my friend and I's ice cream is absolutely delicious, made incredibly quickly by the young person with brunette hair pulled back who seemed to be up front by herself. I didn't catch a name for this employee, but kudos to her and the mini brownie batter blizzard was delicious! Service and ice cream definitely earn a 5 star rating!
