Bun Bo Hue (number 16) here is really delicious. The broth is flavorful and well-seasoned, and the food comes out fast. I’ve been here three times in the past two weeks just to check the consistency — and yes, it’s consistently good.
I noticed a lot of people ordered the Pho, so it may be popular. I decided to try something different, Bún Nem Nướng Chả Giò, a noodle bowl with egg rolls. It was delicious!!! The veggies were fresh and crisp, everything paired nicely with the tangy sweet sauce.
Best pho in Ann Arbor and my 12 y.o. daughter's favorite restaurant, EVER. Anytime she's sick or sad or celebrating, we make a trip to Dalat! Update: Added recent photos and would be remiss not to add that the family who owns the business are always on the premises and are so incredibly sweet. We had the best service today for our family of 6 and were seated without a wait and in & out in less than 40 minutes. Crazy fast, fresh AND great service are 5+ stars 🌟...
