The sandwich wasn't bad, Philly cheese steak, but I would try something else if I go back.

I love this place been going here for years the best sub place in Michigan by far I was in couple weeks ago ordered a large sub got a medium instead I took it to go didn't realize I didn't get the size I paid for till I got where I was going there was other subs on the order as well but last couple years this place hasn't been that great it's not the food it's the staff so I paid 16 dollars for a 12 dollar sub there's been other mistakes the past couple times I've been there I'm not sure if I'm gonna be coming in that much anymore

Used to be my favorite cheese steak before they halved the amount of meat they put on it.
Today I picked up a sub at the store in ann arbor and it was the best ever sub they ever made me. It was to perfection with the toppings and made so perfectly. The girl who checked out my online order was so upbeat and chipper and had the best personality that I have not seen in a long time and it was so nice to see so many employees who really care about what they do and care about the quality they are putting into the products. Great job done with every one there. You all made my day.

Been waiting for 3 years for the reopen. This is not the same place, not an improvement. Ordering was much better at the cooking stations. Ordering at the POS is terrible and slow.
Congratulations on reopening but this new ordering is terrible and slow.
Consistency and accuracy of food is terrible.
It’s not bad, but it’s insanely overhyped by Ann Arborites. I went there with my spouse and got spicy Italian and tuna sandwiches. Servers were nice enough. The toppings were ok but the balance of toppings to bread was off. They also didn’t toast the tuna sandwich; not sure if that was a mistake on their part or if it’s just not something they do. Short story is that it’s no tastier than what you can get at Subway.
The bread and hot subs are really good, I got the godfather which was delicious. The service was really slow, there were 2 people in the store waiting for food when we got there, by the time we finally got our food there must have been 15 people in the waiting area. It looked like we got there right as they were changing shifts but seemed very disorganized.
Best sub in town
I would never go here. Never even got to. They're online ordering was closed. I called the store to ask if I could place an order from pickup. And when they said they were doing only in person orders. I said that I wasn't interested anymore.
They proceeded to call me back and verbally accost me. Never going here.

First rate subs: great bread and meats = delicious sandwiches. A little pricey, but still a good value.
Before this place burned down, it was a dumpster fire. Food took forever to come out and it was often incorrect when it did.
I've been here four times since it reopened and there is a definite change for the better in quality and service. Dibella's is my favorite sub shop and this one lives up to what they all used to be.

I’ve been a loyal customer of DiBella’s Subs in Ann Arbor for over 10 years, so when I heard they were finally reopening after being shut down for two years, I was thrilled. This place used to be my go-to for a great sub, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. What a complete disaster of a restaurant.
From the moment I walked in, it was clear that things had taken a serious nosedive. The staff looked clueless—totally untrained and unable to handle the simplest tasks. Orders were backed up beyond belief, and the dining room was packed with frustrated customers who had been waiting forever. You could feel the tension in the air. It wasn’t just bad service—it was chaos.
The whole operation was a mess. The restaurant that used to be a local favorite has become a complete embarrassment. It’s shocking that they let it get this bad. What a shame.
DiBella’s, you’ve lost a customer for life. Somebody from corporate needs to step in and fix this situation quickly.

i used to love this place, but since they had the fire and remodeled, their decor is now cheap and ugly and they stopped playing that delightful old timey music in favor of softcore betapop radio slop that literally turns my stomache. a one way trip to a lost appetite! for shame. cant stand to even wait their for a to go order. revolting!

Ordering on the website is a nightmare. It wouldn't take my catering order as it was "too large." I had to break it up into 2 orders for the website to accept it. I had to call to confirm they got both orders; talking to the store was a joke. They didn't have the order, then they did, but didn't get the second order and I should call back to confirm. Then they got the second order. I hoped it would be delivered on time as there was no confirmation email. The second order came 15 minutes before the first order. Ugh. Never again.
