Ordering on the website is a nightmare. It wouldn't take my catering order as it was "too large." I had to break it up into 2 orders for the website to accept it. I had to call to confirm they got both orders; talking to the store was a joke. They didn't have the order, then they did, but didn't get the second order and I should call back to confirm. Then they got the second order. I hoped it would be delivered on time as there was no confirmation...
I'm glad DiBella's decided to reopen after the fire.
Same great sandwich, hot or cold.
No longer place order with sandwich maker but instead at checkout. Occasionally leads to longer lines or having to wait for your number to be called. Might be because of more orders for hot sandwiches, but can be perceived as a lesser experience for those ordering cold sandwiches. Also, I feel bad for staff having to run-around calling out numbers. Ugh.

I've been here four times since it reopened and there is a definite change for the better in quality and service. Dibella's is my favorite sub shop and this one lives up to what they all used to be.
