A bright and open restaurant that feels like a small wedding hall. The small town of Dixboro, surrounded by a nearby stream and trees, is especially lively, and it seems like it's always full of customers.Although the menu is not large, each dish looks great and is sure to whet your appetite. Especially the mushroom pizza is very delicious, so please try it.Parking: There are not enough parking spaces and there are always lines of street parking around the area.

Fun farm to table spot! The menu is very wide ranging so go with a lot of people to try a lot of things. The duck pizza, steak, and sweet potato were my favorites. I would definitely come back here to try another one of their wood fired pizzas!

Absolutely blown away by this place! Came here for brunch over the weekend with a friend. Loved the interior, super cute on the inside, restaurant was full of people. Service was good, had to wait about 10 minutes following the start of our reservation. I ordered the Egg Sandwich, and everything about it was wonderful! The homemade english muffin was probably the best I've ever had, turkey was flavorful, and the cheese was super tasty. Almond croissant was so so good. Greens with the sandwich were just okay. Looking forward to returning!

This place is becoming one of my favorites! I came in for a work lunch today and I can't say enough great things. The host was amazingly friendly and accommodating. Our server was fantastic and very friendly. I had the chicken sandwich, and it was outstanding. Probably the best in the area to be honest. We were even greated by Chef Chris at the end of the meal and he thanked us for stopping by. We will be back 100 times over!

The food tasted really good, the portions and prices... eh, a little much. They only had 2 choices of salads and no soup. They had some appetizers, but I didn't get any. They didn't really call out to me.The cod and steak dinners were cooked perfectly. Their onion rings I got with the steak were fantastic, but I only got like 5 rings. Flavors were pretty great for both.My blueberry mule was excellent, but my mom's Manhattan was not good at all.The desserts were good, but it felt like there was something missing, we did get some coffee, which tasted great, but the dessert menu needed something else to give it an oomph.Service was excellent. Our server was a kind, polite blonde lass who had impressive timing, and I even saw the front of house manager running food to tables and assisting his staff in many ways. He was present and aware of everyone and everything going on. I didn't get a table touch, but I think he could see we were enjoying ourselves, hence leaving us to our nice conversation. We got a Margharita pizza Togo, and it was nice. Very thin crust, which I loved. However, I wish the pizza had more depth or more toppings. The bottom of the pizza was a little burnt (not a problem at all). I was just not expecting it to be so... foldable. It tasted awesome, but the crust just wasn't as crispy as I am personally used to.The bakery was cute, we got some ham and cheese croissants, I have not tried yet and something else. I'll update when I taste the rest.Vegetarian options: They had a few salads, there was not a clearly labeled section for vegetarian/vegan options.Dietary restrictions: The menu is kind of all over the place, so if you have allergies, I would call ahead and peek at the menu to make sure they can accommodate.Parking: There were tons of different little sections to park, they had curbside parking for carry outs and the Cafe area.It appears there is a little blue shack out front, they didn't have valet going at that moment, however it was a slow Monday dinner. I would expect they might have valet for busy weekend rushes ect.Kid-friendliness: This is not a kid friendly venue. As a mother of two, I was thrilled I had some alone time with my mom.I did see a few children, but they didn't look too enthused to leave the restaurant. However, I never heard them and didn't notice there were children around until I saw them leave. So they were well behaved or tired. Haha

Food is great. Small portions and very expensive. Would eat here more if they had a bigger take out menu.

A wonderful experience. We were early for our reservation so we started at the bar and by the time we got to chatting with Joe, the bartender we ended up staying at the bar for our meal. He was genuine, kind, and passionate about food like us - a gem! We shared a sweet potato cinnamon roll - FIRE! I paired a danish (ricotta, asparagus, and prosciutto) with an egg on Joe's recommendation - phenomenal pastry!!!! Go chef go! I then had a mushroom sandwich - would've like even more "meat" to the sandwich (more shrooms). We added a seared steak for $12 - DELISH and perfectly cooked medium rare. So glad we finally got there for brunch instead of our norm - dinner!

The Dixboro Project is an utterly charming place set in a restored barn. My husband and I popped in without reservations at about 11:00 am on a Sunday. Luckily they were able to seat us at the bar, which turned out great! The bartender was super friendly and provided great recommendations. Since the brunch menu was in full effect, we opted to split a cinnamon roll to start. Upon my first taste, I immediately wished I had my own! It was a cross between a cinnamon roll and a sticky bun. So good! I liked the accompanying coffee too. They get it from RooRoast in Ann Arbor, and apparently, it's a blend made especially for the restaurant. My husband and I each got pizzas. I chose the Duck & Teleggio pizza. I don't know if it was the duck confit or the cheese, but the pizza had a flavor I didn't care for. I wouldn't order this again. I really enjoyed my husband's pizza. He got the Broccolini and Sausage pizza, to which he had them add pepperoni. The sausage was really spicy, in the best possible way, and the pepperoni was just delicious. Both pizzas had really crisp, wood-fired oven crusts. Apparently, their pizza oven comes from Italy. I would order my husband's pizza again, or possibly try another version.

Sunday brunch was amazing as was our server, Ella! We made a point of getting pastries from the adjacent Cafe to take home afterwards. Everyone in our party of 4 was super happy with their selections.Wheelchair accessibility: Good accessibility

First time today and it was an amazing experience. Me and my family ate pizzas which were the best ever tasted. After we had desserts which my self would distinguish the cheesecake. Service was excellent and the atmosphere was so relaxing and full of lightning. The hygiene was on top, so the restaurant deserves the 5 ? . I highly recommend it.
