Ordered from this place dozens of times and never complained when the pizza was overcooked and cold, which was often. Tonight I ordered a pizza and it was delivered without any sauce. I have never ordered a pizza without sauce in my life. My favorite part, “I’m sorry we can’t do anything about that.” Go anywhere else.

Absolute worst place to eat !. Dominos are usually good but THIS PLACE is terrible and consistently disappointing customers without an iota of respect. An order was placed, but they gave and charged for a complete different order and refused to acknowledge their error. I watched as they dismissed and disrespected the customer. Their arrogance is shocking! You can’t run a food business without professional customer service and manners.

My pizza was 25 minutes late because this location was slammed and they had some issues with pizzas getting stuck and needing to be remade, but this team was busting their butts to make it right. Amazing service when they were all clearly stressed. I was not worried that my pizza was late because I saw how much they cared to get it right. Great work to this team.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service!! Ordered pizza. Said 20 minutes called after 40 said would here in 15! Finally showed up 2+ hours later!! And.....it was COLD!

Ordered pizza and got a different style than I ordered (still delicious though) called about the price difference and the gentlemen Johnny was super nice and professional and actually got me a coupon discount. Won’t go to any other pizza place in Ann Arbor, thanks guys!

Order was promptly made. Friendly workers who offered to carry my order out to my car since I have a dog and it was pretty hot out. Most places will ALWAYS give me a hard time,

usually this location is amazing, but the past couple of visits have just been underwhelming for Domino's. on my last visit, the food just wasn't as hot as usual and i tried the loaded tots for the first time which were burnt - total bummer. but in the grand scheme of all my visits to this Domino's, they usually always get it right. hope next time is better!

Update: I was contacted by the owner and they are gonna make it right. The manager admitted to wrong doing. We shall see how they act after this.I had a voucher for free loaded tots that I was told I had to call it in. I also had rewards for free pizza. There was confusion with the worker on what to do. They told me to place the order online and use the pay later option then he told to place it with them. After this the manager grabbed the phone and told me that "the call is taking too long" in an upset tone. I told him his employee kept changing what they wanted me to do and then manager hung up on me. So rude!
