I’d give them one star, but management at least tried to make things right by promising to refund my order which is the only reason I’m giving them the extra star.Showed up to pick up my order and they admitted they had accidentally just sent half the order out with a delivery driver. So I had to sit for ten minutes while they remade the missing portion of the order (pasta bread bowl). The manager did offer to refund the order which was appreciated.Got home and half the order was cold because it had sat on a shelf for ten minutes while I waited for them to remake the missing item. Both the pizza and the pasta bread bowl managed to be completely undercooked, mushy, and doughy. The pasta literally had no sauce on it. So I had a doughy bread bowl, steamed noodles, chicken, bacon, all topped with a massive pile of steamed onion. Yum. We had a single bite of the pizza before tossing it in the trash because the dough was so undercooked.Overall, just a massive disappointment.

really fing disappointed in this store. they don’t close for another hour as i was trying to order a delivery but then as i was checking out they said i couldn’t get it anymore and they wouldn’t even accept carryout. really unprofessional and disappointing. if you’re going to stop taking orders at 11 then don’t say you’re open until 12. usually order here regularly but i won’t be ordering again. do better.
So, first and foremost…I want to say that my one star review that I’m leaving right now has absolutely NOTHING to do with the actual store itself or the employees that are inside of the store actually doing the work. This one star review has everything to do with this company that employs foreign people to answer the phone and take your order from some call center somewhere in another country! And she does not speak or understand a lick of English at all whatsoever. This company lost a pizza order tonight that would have been worth a few hundred dollars. It was all large one topping pizzas half pepperoni, the other half was cheese. So, it’s not like it was going to be some complicated order where each pizza was different. I had to repeat my order four different times because she did not understand me. And I don’t mean she didn’t understand me because I had bad cell service or a bad phone or anything of the sorts. It was not because of any sort of equipment failure. It was solely based on that she did not understand the English language at all whatsoever. And to top it all off, she’s not even in the United States but yet she’s answering the phone and taking Pizza orders from people speaking a language that she does not know…Nor does she understand and the kicker here is she’s not even in the dang country! And one final and fifth time she asked me to go over my order again because she didn’t understand me and at that point is when I hung up. I have never and I mean never in my entire life have dealt with something like that before. I work in the Pizza business for a very large pizza chain here in Michigan. Never have I ever dealt with something like that in my entire life or my 10+ your career doing the same exact job. Now as far as the actual store itself and the employees in there that are actually doing the physical work themselves, they did and do a phenomenal job each time I have ordered from this location. So, if you would still like to order from this company or this specific store…I would highly highly highly recommend you do it in person at your desired store so you do not have to deal with this. Dominoes hires these foreign people that not only do not live in the state but do not even live in this country because that means that this company gets to pay them as little as humanly possible because IF they had hired someone that’s an American, they would legally have to pay them minimum wage. But, with these people not living in this country they can essentially pay them whatever they want and I would be willing to bet all my future paychecks for a year straight that this company is paying these foreign people as little as humanly possible. Do not and I repeat do not spend your money with this disgrace and a joke of a company/business. But, as I stated if you still choose to do so… Do it in person!

I'm so thankful for this Domino's! When the power was out for 4 days I had to throw out all of my food & was feeling pretty discouraged. This Domino's was the only place nearby that was open! The food is always good & is made quickly. Thank you!
