Online ordering system was great. What was not so great was the pickup experience at this particular location (S Main St, A2). The location had a TV screen that showed the order status (which was great) but there seemed to be no staffing or procedure to actually hand the customer their order… I spoke to a delivery guy when walking into the location and he was helpful, and a guy in the kitchen first confirmed that my order would be ready in about 1 minute. I saw him box it up and continued on boxing up what looked like an endless string of orders. I called out after a couple of minutes asking if my order was ready or if I could go to the shelf and pick it up, but no one responded. A few minutes went by and then finally I took a couple of steps towards the shelf where the pickup orders were located and was screamed at in the loudest possible way by the guy who put the pizzas in the boxes to step back. I have never heard anyone yell louder and this was happening to a paying customer. The location should not take take-out orders if they do not have the staffing or processes to handle it. I walked out in disbelief of what had just happened. I have never written a negative review ever about a restaurant, but I do not want anyone to have to experience what I just did…

If you ever have anything that's missing from your order, there's nothing they will do for you. They will tell you have a good night, and hang up on you. I ordered some wings with no sauce, went back into the store to pick up the sauce that weren't given to me, and got home with still missing sauce. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER!
I’ve never had a problem with dominos anytime I’ve ordered until this store became my closest location. Multiple times I’ve ordered from here every single time I’ve ordered the feta and spinach bread it’s either come without one of the two ingredients, was something completely different, and this time it was unstuffed. I had an incident back during summer where I ordered sometime around 12am (I had gotten off of work late and it was one of the few places delivering food) and they accept orders until I’m assuming 15 minutes before close. They took my money and never delivered my food and I never got a refund. While they were accepting orders today, claiming they were open, they denied my order and when I reordered they accepted it after 11. If their hours are wrong on the app I was using (Uber eats), then they could have called me and told me they were either wrong and I could reschedule or whatever. Save your money and order elsewhere. They clearly don’t care to fix their issues since I’ve reported them several times.

Dietary restrictions: My son doesn't eat cheese but my daughters love cheese. I ordered half with sauce only and cheese on other half. The order was "misunderstood" and the "staff" (Clay) being manager, definitely fixed any problem endured. "all employees were very respectful" Thank you.

This is my favorite Domino's in the area. Awesome staff who's never made a mistake on my food. Fast & accurate delivery that arrives hot. I mean this is "A Goofy Movie" pizza standard where you are jealous of cartoons because you NEED that pizza with cheesy goodness stretching into infinity 🤩🤩🤩
