I usually order at the Domino's near my home but this location is on my way home from work so I ordered in the app & picked up inside. I ordered what I usually get: the mac & cheese with bacon. I got a mouth full of salt & chewy bacon. I took two bites & I had a mouth full of chewy bacon each time. It was so gross that I had to take it out of my mouth. I lost my appetite but hadn't eaten all day & thought I was being a baby. I took a few more bites only to realize that I ran out of pasta. I took maybe 4-6 bites & I'm left with a salty tin of chewy bacon & a mess of cheese. That was about 30 min ago & my mouth still feels like I drank salt. I get that bacon mac & cheese is salty but sheesh.

Horrible experience. I usually order here with no problem. This time my order didn’t leave the store for two hours they lied and said it was on its way and then when I called the store the guy said he couldn’t help me. Then when I hung up it all of a sudden left the store. This is bad and I will try another location next time. Pizza was very good and cheese was hard by the time it arrived to me.

So, domino's in my area always has issues. I haven't ordered from domino's in years. So, I decided to give them a chance. I ordered online. I got my ORDER CONFIRMATION. I waited. Twice the time past, so I called. MY ORDER HAD BEEN VOIDED BY THEM. They couldn't give me a reason why. She, didn't even try to make it ok. She didn't even ask if I'd still like to order. What a FAILURE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY DOMINO'S IN WASHTENAW COUNTY. or neighboring cities. If you see this review... please decline ordering from them.

I don't know how they messed up a basic pizza ($40 for the pizza, 2 liter of soda, tip and delivery) but they found a way to totally mess an order up. It just tasted awful! I just threw it away.

I had one of the worst delivery experiences ever at this Domino’s location. I was first informed that they do not deliver directly to apartments and that I would need to meet the driver outside. When I went outside, I found my order left on the ground, sitting directly on the concrete. When I opened the pizza box, I was shocked. It looked undercooked, and part of the pizza was missing sauce and cheese, leaving a large, bare section that appeared either tampered with or improperly made. It was so unappetizing that I couldn’t bring myself to eat it. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I’ve decided I will no longer be ordering from this location or from Domino’s at all. This was the last straw.

I LOVED DOMINOS UNTIL A DRIVER TOOK IT UPON HIMSELF TO give himself a $5 tip from my debit card. He was rude to my wife so he didn't receive a tip from me. So when I called the store to ask about this extra $5 the manager RACHAL was very rude , nasty, and sarcastic. Said that I was scamming for $5 and I'm petty for wanting to know why my bank account is missing money. I DO NOT SUGGEST ORDERING FROM THIS PLACE, THEY SUPPORT THIEVES AND STILL HAVEN'T GIVEN ME A REFUND LIKE PROMISED. UPDATE: STILL HATE THIS PLACE
