The food was delivered an hour late, despite us calling in advance to coordinate for our event. We kept being told that the driver was “on the way,” but the delivery never arrived on time. Very poor communication — they should have informed us upfront if they couldn’t fulfill the order so we could have made alternate arrangements.

Delievered a cold pizza and bread and when called and told no1 wants to eat it they refused to send out a new one in trade for the old or even a refund and just hung up. Never had ridiculous service like this before.

Received the worst service I've ever had at any of the Domino's I've carried out from. I was literally the only customer in the store. An employee was doing something at the register when I walked up, made no attempt to acknowledge my presence. After about 5 minutes, he finished what he was doing, turned around and walked away and started pulling pizza from the oven. Never a word. My order had been completed and paid for before I even entered. All I needed was to grab it and go. Instead, one of the delivery drivers stopped what he was doing and came over. I'll probably avoid this location going forward. Pizza was still delicious in spite of that experience.
