this is a really big space, with a good amount of light. it has tons of seating, though note that the concrete, sheet metal, and glass walls do little to dampen the din (roar) of all the people it seats. the drinks, though, I find to be mid and overpriced. their medium and large lattes both have two shots, so the large is just more milk. thanks. i love $9 milk. very skippable but fine for working.

Good coffee and food, but I have to say, my experience with pick-up orders has been pretty frustrating. The first time, I just went straight to the pick-up area and asked for my order. The barista said I needed to wait for my name to be called, so I waited over 20 minutes. Today, I waited near the pick-up spot again, and after 25 minutes, someone (not staff) finally told me I should’ve just told the barista if I was waiting for an order. I went to the cashier to cancel my order because I had to leave right away and couldn't wait any longer. She told me that my parfait was ready but my coffee wasn't, and she said next time I should tell the barista my name. I get that processes change, but why don’t staff just talk to customers? The cashier made eye contact with me a couple of times but didn’t say a word! They totally ignored me. It was pretty frustrating, especially since I saw other people just picking up their orders without even announcing their names..
This is really frustrating. What’s going on with the pick-up process here? If anything changes, why don't the staff bother to make sure we know where to wait? Do I have to shout to get their attention so they keep my order going?

Great coffee shop for working/coworking as long as you don't mind a little background music and people talking (not at a high volume). Loved how much seating and free parking they had here both inside and outside. They also have really strong wifi for customers and a nice community board setup near the door. Restrooms were also available to customers. People who come here are super nice too - when I arrived, the only seats left indoors were at a bigger table where some people were already sitting. They were very nice and welcoming in letting me grab a seat at their table! And if you're in a rush, don't worry - they even have a drive thru option for your coffee pick up convenience. Just note ahead of time that there is an extra charge/processing fee if you pay with credit card.

I gotta say that customer service is on the A. Game There was a miscommunication on the size of my coffee right away. They fix it. I offered to pay for a second coffee. They would not accept my money. Wow, that blew my mind. I'm usually not getting service mostly. So this was very amazing to see, thank you guys. I really, truly appreciate you. Very nice coffee shop with a large menu of drinks and food items. The seating is plentiful with indoor and outdoor seating. They make an excellent iced dirty chai. They do a tasty bagel sandwich. The drive thru is a nice option if you’re busy.

Great Vibe, Good Beans, Mediocre Espresso
Dozer Coffee has a fantastic vibe, and I keep coming back for the atmosphere alone. The outdoor seating is great, and the whole setup with the shipping containers is really cool. It's a great spot to hang out and enjoy the day.
My biggest issue, though, is with the espresso. I'm always underwhelmed by their shots. It's hard to understand, especially when they have a beautiful, expensive La Marzocco machine on the bar. I honestly feel like I can pull a better shot at home with my much smaller setup, using their very own beans.
And that's the main reason I keep returning: their beans. You can always get a bag that was roasted less than a week ago, which is critical for making great espresso. I really want to love this place for the coffee, but I guess for now I'll just keep coming back for the atmosphere and the fresh beans for my home brewing.
