I love Dunkin, please for the love of god hire more people. Why is one woman making 5 drinks at once and taking other people’s orders. This is fast food not dining service.

Management and Staff are uneducated on what the laws are for video taping from a public sidewalk encompass. Also if people do not want to be seen sitting in the window of a restaurant don't set in front of the window.

Took way too long to place order and it looks like doordash and an online pickup orders get priority over customers in store. If you're looking for a quick pickup or something for breakfast, fast don't come here.

Great location. I get quick sandwiches from here since I work around the corner, and they’re always tasty. The iced mocha lattes are way too sweet for me, so I usually ask for just one or two pumps of mocha so that I can still taste the coffee. Good variety of donuts and munchkins. Staff are always nice when I order!

Got my order wrong again. This is the 3rd time. I Repeated it 3 times. Still got it wrong. I'm not sure what I have to do to get the staff to listen. Ordered sausage egg and cheese on croissant. Got egg and cheese on a bagel. Order an apple fritter, Skip that altogether. Ordered a turkey sausage wrap, Got 2 egg and cheese wraps. I don't know how many hash brown rounds are supposed to be in a single serving of hashrounds. But. each of our orders of hash browns had only four. For almost $30.00, It was a rip off. He won't be going back to this one ever.

There was no other customers in the store. Got one drink and waited 10 minutes for it. They played extremely loud heavy metal music in store and watched the workers mess around while making the singular drink. Throwing cups, gossiping, all while they only had one drink to make. Kind of just uncomfortable and unprofessional
