The best smoked salmon I have ever eaten. This place is a real gem for people who know what unusually high quality gourmet food tastes like.
I found this little gem the other day and was blown away with the place. Absolutely delicious smoked Salmon and Trout. The texture and flavors of the heat cured Salmon is perfection. Maybe might very well be the finest thing I have ever eaten.
