A couple days ago, I had some issues with my app — my points and coupons weren’t working. I went into the store to ask for help, but unfortunately the first employee I spoke with had a really bad attitude. She told me to shut down my phone and restart it like that would fix everything. While I was restarting my phone, she was leaning back on the counter making annoyed faces, which honestly made the experience pretty uncomfortable.
Thankfully, another younger employee came over to help. She immediately took the time to look into the issue and solved the problem right away. She was very kind and told me I’m always welcome to come in if I have questions in the future. I asked for her name, and she said it was Penelope. Thank you, Penelope, for being so helpful and sweet!
I would definitely give 5 stars if all the employees were as nice and professional as she was. And maybe make the app more old people friendly.

The food is absolutely delicious! We were sat as soon as we walked in. Our server, Winjie Z, was very friendly and attentive. Water was served right away. Drinks were brought quickly. Server notice right away when we were done eating and offered to bring boxes. Again the food was absolutely delicious!! Restaurant atmosphere is much nicer than you would presume looking at it from the outside. Highly recommend.

This has been one of our favorite places for years, for my partner it had been decades. We recently went and had a horrible experience. My partners crunchy noodles were all soggy with zero crunch. I tried a new shrimp dish, and while I didn't care for the flavor much (personal taste, nothing wrong with the flavor) the shrimp were something a good chef would never serve. The server never once came over to check on us or ask how the food was (probably because they saw how bad it looked when it came out). I didn't have the energy to call over and deal with a manager so we paid and left. I'm just hoping that things get better, but I'm scared to go back it was so bad last time, and we used to love going there.

The Chinese dinner 8 of us enjoyed last night was probably the best Chinese food I have ever had. The Pepper Steak and Crab Rangoon were delicious! I would order it again and can’t wait to go back. Excellent service and great ambiance, this is a place where you can talk. Not noisy is nice. Big thumbs up!

The restaurant looked beautiful and service really busy. I was surprised how busy it was. The food however was tasteless. I wouldn't come here for fried rice and that's rather disappointing.

We thought we ordered the more traditional Chinese dishes except that I’ve never had such bland food. Usually the food here is lovely, but we did something wrong this time.
One had the beef and potato soup which was good. The other ordered mixed veggies with Tofu which was utterly bland, and the third ordered beef and vegetables also mighty bland. I think we would have been better off with frozen dinners.

On a Sunday evening I needed good food as I met with a business friend. And wow, Evergreen was great! He has Won Ton soup, I had egg drop soup and we both they were the best we have had. The Tea was perfect for a chilly night. And the meals were very enjoyable. We both had different versions of their happy menu selections. Very enjoyable meal. And the wait staff did a perfect job.
