I just visited for the first time today with friends. All I can say is they left a great first impression, they were very friendly and helped me decide what to try. I ordered the Mexican bowl and it was so flavorful! My new favorite spot off Plymouth Rd. Thank you prime eatery!!

I’m unsure what happened with my order as so far this restaurant has had very good reviews overall…I got the smash burger and simple as it was it took them 30 mins via GrubHub before the order was ready for pickup and they weren’t too busy upon arrival so that was odd… maybe not their fault if it was a mess up on GrubHub’s end but I can’t say for sure. Mainly the reason for the review is while burger patty may have been cooked to order (well-done is usually fine), it was so charred I could only describe it kindly as “very well-done” and it was just so, so dry. Also the bun was stale around the edges. I was quite disappointed. The burger meat had a good flavor but the patty was cooked so poorly. Sorry to say.

They just sell reheated Gordon Food Service (GFS) food. So just buy directly from GFS, at a 10th of the cost, and reheat it at home for yourself. Gave them an extra star because the customer service was friendly. I don't think this business will survive the year.
