My sub was soggy and crushed, looked like someone stepped on it. Was supposed to have bacon and mustard, I ordered extra bacon also. No bacon or extra bacon, no mustard. Order a 20oz pepsi @ $3.15, never got that either. There was 13 raw white onion rings. More bread than anything else. This isn't the first time this restaurant got our order wrong. I will never order from this restaurant again.

I have never had a firehouse sub. I saw an ad for the a new turkey sub so thought I would try it out. Drove 20 minutes and walked into an Absolute ghost town. Zero customers but 3 workers just talking with each other. I was told they had 4 online orders in front of me and it would be 15-20 minutes before I could even place an order. This seemed strange considering I was the only customer in the place and with 3 workers I would assume getting through a few online orders wouldn't take all that long. I thought about waiting but the employees went back to talking amongst themselves and I felt that I was interrupting so I left.
Very friendly welcoming workers the restaurant was clean and food was amazing.
