I have been to a lot of five guys and I must say this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I was treated so nice and with so much respect. Everyone was so friendly. Devin definitely stood out. He took the time to make sure that my order was correct and that I had everything I needed Devin was perfect. He was very friendly and provided exceptional customer service. HE DESERVES A RAISE! I will be back because of this experience! We need more people like Devin in this world!

Slowest staff I have ever seen. It took 6 employees 30 minutes to prepare my food. They are lazy and it’s like they hate what they are doing.

Food was slow. Food was cold. Food was overcooked. The pop wasn't mixing properly. This occurred 3 times on two machines on two different varieties.

The food the people are great! My cheeseburger and fries were soooooo good! Staff was really nice and helpful with ordering (I've never been there).The only thing I didn't like was the super loud music. It was 10 p.m. and just needed to be turned down a little.
