Yes, I will agree. Probably 25 years ago. That place used to be amazing. I used to go drive 20 minutes from Ypsilanti to get hippie hash early in the morning or after work from delivering pizzas all night for Pizza House and sadly in 2025 that place has gone way downhill…. the hippie hash barely had vegetables or feta on it. Apparently, you have to pay extra for that. I ordered a gyro a few weeks later same thing overcooked he left the pita bread on the grill too long, super greasy, barely any meat on it or vegetables. The hashbrowns tasted super greasy. The meat was overcooked. It was just awful food. the prices have gone through the roof. I basically took a couple bites of it and gave it to a homeless guy. Yes, I saw the cook, grabbing things off the grill with his hands and putting them on the plates after he just wiped his face and didn’t clean his hands. The place looks disgusting all dirty a good place to catch food poisoning.

The diner is a cool little eclectic space with walls covered in stickers. The servers were all very friendly. I had the hippie hash with corned beef, which was pretty good.

Overall a pretty decent spot in Ann Arbor for a quick bite. The food came out fast and was very fresh. I would definitely recommend the gyro sandwich because the pita bread is so so good. The interior is slammed with stickers and has limited indoor seating supplemented by some outdoor seating. Definitely a little on the pricier side for what you get but not bad at all for the area!

Service is nice, but my bacon is ALWAYS undercooked, nearly raw. Their chocolate chip pancakes aren't made properly and they charge an extra $3 for them. The chips are supposed to go on the pancake as soon as the batter hits the griddle, they're mixing them in the bowl so you end up with a giant chunk of chocolate in the middle. If I'm spending $13 just for 3 pancakes and 4 pieces of bacon I would at least expect it to be made properly. Seems this place just cares about speed and getting people in and out.

I come here every Sunday for the breakfast special since the parking lot across the street is free on Sunday. This is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in Ann Arbor; service is always very friendly and fast, the food is very tasty, and I love all the stickers. I’m so happy that we have this 24/7 diner in town.

This is a funny place. It's tiny and cool and had great, classic dinner food. We got the Hippie Hash with tempeh and gyro meat. Both were great. Coffee is as expected
