Beef Soup

Snowflake Dumplings (冰花煎饺)
Pan fried dumplings, pork and green onion filling, crispy outside and juicy inside * For Vegan, filled with Tofu and Mushrooms There are thousands of way to eat dumplings, but this one is my favorite, also the hardest one, because it requires fresh dumplings.
Wonton Soup (馄炖汤)
Pork filling Wonton in Beef broth, add more flavor combine with preserved vegetables, dried small shrimp, dried seaweed * For Vegan, filled with Tofu and mushrooms, vegetable broth. My best memories of Wonton soup is in a cold winter morning in Beijing on my way work. A sip a hot soup is a delight of the day. I still remember the smoke in the air and the freshness flavored.
Vegan Spring Rolls (春卷)
Mushroom, carrot, cabbage, rice noodle, wood ear, fresh and crispy Sauteed more than 5 kind of vegetables to make it colorful and nutritious, I like the crispy outside and freshness inside.

Fruit Tea (⽔果茶)
Green tea plus passion fruit, apple, orange, blueberry and strawberry, no extra sugar added.

I had high expectations from reading the reviews, unfortunately the experience left me fairly disappointed with this new place. I ordered takeouts from their menu highlights. The pork stir fry with peppers was so poorly made, the peppers were not fresh, and the sliced pork varied greatly in thickness, size, and shape…Mapo tofu didn't match the advertised image at all, basically some small tofu cubes swimming in bland red oils, lacking the aroma the spices should have.

I lived in China for seven years and this is the most authentic tasting, high quality, delicious Chinese food in Ann Arbor. The menu is limited, but every dish is cooked to perfection!

The food was excellent! The meat was tender, the sauces were flavorful, the crispy pork was a big hit and the bok choy was perfect! Wonderful vegan options!We will be back! Thanks for sharing your talent with Ann Arbor.
