The only downside was, we had to wait more than five minutes at the hostess stand to be seated when we were only in the second people to enter the restaurant.

Neat place to have dinner. The staff was more than attentive and the atmosphere is cool... a train even went past us while dining which was cool. The food was good but nothing extraordinary. Don't know if we would go again due to the high prices.

A very pleasant dining experience, as my wife and I celebrated my birthday and our 2nd anniversary which was the next day. Our food was amazing and prepared perfectly to order, everything was fresh and delicious. Dessert was fantastic as well as I'm a big fan of crème brûlée. We will definitely be going back to the Gandy Dancer.

The lobster tail was overcooked and rubbery, the snapper was mediocre, the creme brulee was runny, and the service was poor. Not our usual experience at The Gandy Dancer. I hope it isn't their new standard.

We went to celebrate a special birthday for a special person. Everyone ant the table ordered something different- everyone was happy with their dish! Our waiter Kyle was very knowledgeable about the menu and did an excellent job of accommodating our requests and making us feel most comfortable. The meal was pricey but worth it! Would highly recommend.

Crabcake appetizer was fantastic! We were by the window at the train tracks, had a great view of the changing clouds and sunset, and three trains. Service was very considerate, main course was held off until we slowly finished our salad, arrived hot and perfectly cooked fish

Wonderful food and experience! Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Ann Arbor! Historic railroad depot is beautiful and worth to visit just to see on its own

This was one of the most complete dining experiences weve had. Food was really good, service from Tony was ideal, and the carrot cake alone made it worth the trip

The staff, especially Matthew our waiter, was excellent and professional. the food was all excellent and tasty. The wine list was a nice one and not too extensive which is refreshing. Overall will be back.

My husband had the prime rib and said it was probably the best he has ever had. I had the scallops and risotto which was delicious. Our waiter Lorenzo was the best. He was always checking on us and was very accommodating

It was my first time dining at the Gandy Dancer and it was an overall positive experience. The venue, the service and food were all very good. It is extra appreciated that the front host team was able to move up my reservation. Would definitely return to this restaurant again.

As always the Gandy Dancer does not disappoint. David our server was awesome, as was the food. The entire staff was amazing, if you are looking for a great place to eat, you won't go wrong with this restaurant. Absolutely worth your time and money. One piece of advise, if you are going on a Fri, Sat, or Sun, you will want to make a reservation. They fill up pretty quick.

It was our 1st time eating at the Gandy Dancer so we went to Happy Hour to get a feel for the place since it is on the pricy side. I have only good things to say about our server who I thought would have been less enthusiastic about serving us since we didn't have a large bill. He was great.
The food was good and the atmosphere was lovely. We will be visiting again for dinner service in the near future.

Dinner with our Best Man and his wife! Delicious! And the train coming by while we ate was stupendous.
