The count twists are worth it every time!

Ordered a burger tonight for dinner food took over 20 minutes waitress never came back to check on us until the person I was with was done eating she offered to have it re made that also took over 20 minutes so I just asked for it to be cancelled at that point one of the other workers came over with the bill and that was the best service we had tonight our original server never came back to check on us after that just found it very unprofessional

Great food and great service! Probably the best burger in town!!

Ordered a burrito and it came out half cold. Was so drunk and hungry that I ate the whole thing before I could say something to the bartender. I shivered the next day when I came to. Atmosphere was electric during game day and drinks were good.

Our server was super friendly and helpful, she did a great job! The food was great specially the pizza bread twist app, Santa Fe salad we’ll really everyone was happy with their order.
Came after move in bday for a family casual meal and we all loved it.

I honestly did not like Charlie’s that much. However, our service was amazing! My servers name was Kali and she was awesome. She gave so many recommendations and was so sweet! Otherwise, I really was not satisfied with Charley’s. I did see the manager getting upset with the servers and it made me upset. Looks like their management was intolerable and the food was fine I guess.

Fun place for the students and the university in general. Burrito and ice cream embedded in the place as well. Great music too.

Without letting us know they changed their deals so that their advertised happy hour was not going to be occurring. It was only when they got the bill that we realized that the bill was significantly higher than we expected. They also recently decreased the value of their happy hour and have sub par drinks especially for the price. If you have a choice I would recommend another Ann Arbor bar. Their food is average with limited options but satisfactory

Our waitress was pretty much non-existent even though it was pretty much dead inside when we went. I never received my order either. They asked me about 20 minutes after my son's order came if I received mine, but by that time I wasn't interested anymore. I'm not a prude either, but I didn't care for all the loud swearing in the casual conversation between some of the staff and I assume customers they were friends with.
