“Old school neighborhood diner on the east side of Ann Arbor. Achilles has become my go to place for breakfast in my brief time residing in Ann Arbor. The Servers are exceptional! Hopefully the owner permits staff to give me their wifi password one day.“

“My work has ordered many times from Alpha Coney. Today we place a order for 4 lunches for pick up. Today they decided to charge a 20% large party fee. They never have done that in the past. We just got lunch from the restaurant last week and our bill was over $50. No fees then! You have lost our business!!! We will be supporting other businesses in the area!“

“Pleasant place to dine with a large selection of drinks and meals. Portion was generously large. I ordered an original gyro, walnut baklava, and a xing tea. The gyro was good, but it came with little veggies and the meat was very thick cut. Adding some fresh sliced cucumber would have made it much better. I'll request to add some next time. The baklava tasted amazing and was extra flakey, but a little dry. Not 100% perfect, but the place is pretty nice and I will dine again in the future.“

“Alright, this place has good service (nothing special on the service end), prices I thought were pricy UNTIL I got the amount of food I did. DAMN did I get food, I forgot to take a picture. I got a gyro bowl, I could eat it in 3 meals maybe. A normal person probably 2 meals. The food is very very good, super fresh, flavorful, VERY GOOD.

Now, the only downside, is the tables were dirty and the floor was dirty. The kitchen looked very clean and it smelled very clean just the floors and tables. They also didn’t have good water. We asked for a cup of water and it had fruit punch mixed in it.

But overall I would go back for sure! Maybe just carry out instead!“
