Best Chinese food in Ann Arbor - Hands down!!! Been coming here for years. New owners now. It was good before, but now it’s GREAT. We moved to Saline 6 years ago and there are 3 Chinese restaurants in Saline. I still drive to town to get Happy Wok because it’s just that good!! All the traditional dishes. Today it was Singapore rice noodles and Lo Mein. Delicious as always. They never disappoint. Seasoning just right, huge portions, very friendly service. This will be your new favorite joint for Chinese food.

Happy Wok is a solid spot for quick and tasty Chinese food. I ordered the hot and sour chicken dinner special, and it really hit the spot. The flavors were bold, the chicken was tender, and the portion was generous. The rice and side items were fresh and satisfying, making it a great value overall. Service was fast and friendly, perfect for a casual takeout meal. The menu has a good variety, and everything seemed well-prepared. The only downside was the 3% non-cash fee, which felt a bit unnecessary. It’s a small thing, but worth noting if you usually pay by card. Still, the food quality makes it worth a visit. I’d definitely go back, just with some cash next time.

This is easily the best Chinese food takeout in the area. It’s consistently on-time, delicious, with huge portions at an affordable price. I haven’t found something I don’t like at Happy Wok! I love going here, it’s our favorite takeout place. We always get the General Tso Chicken, the sweet and sour chicken, and the crab rangoons. I highly recommend!
